I viewed a 2 bedroom flat with Osaze…

I viewed a 2 bedroom flat with Osaze from Mayfords.
Even though the flat wasn't quite suitable for my criteria, the company works quite professionally i was informed about the flat properly and an interview was arranged soon enough.

Osaze was very kind and was able to answer all my questions about the flat.

Pablo was great!

So far, my experience with Mayfords was only through Pablo, and I cannot say anything other than great things. He is everything that most real estate agents are not: efficient, with great and easy communication, gives good advice, and is reliable. Don't be fooled by his youthful looks, I would say that many more experienced real estate agents could learn a lot from him.

We are only moving in July, but if things move as they did throughout the letting process, I'm expecting little to no hassle.

Osaze is the best

Osaze is the best! I appreciate that he is very patient, explained the process, and prompt follow up. My overall situation is a little bit tricky but Osaze worked his magic and I’m all set moving into new apartment.

Absolutely awful

Absolutely awful. Block management fail to live up to their statutory responsibilities. Doubled service charge with no reason or discussion, no accounts provided, no AGM for years. Do not answer emails or return calls.

Excellent Service and Smooth Rental Experience with Mayfords

Do not trust this company

Do not trust this company. They are appalling and whatever you read about them on their website is untrue in my experience. They claim their "team effectively collaborates and communicates to achieve a common goal which is to serve". I have had absolutely no service from them at all. I reported a leak in the roof above my flat on 1st October and to this day which is 19th December, nothing has been done to fix it. There is water constantly leaking into my property which is now inhabitable, mould formation on the walls and the ceiling is about to collapse. I have telephoned and emailed Mayfords numerous times to ask for the roof to be fixed but keep getting fobbed off with excuses as to why the work hasn't been done. At one stage I was told the company is lacking funds to pay for the work so I am presuming the management fees they collect from residents has been spent elsewhere. The amount of stress this company has caused me is unbearable and will be ongoing until they do their job and sort out the maintenance issue.

We are aware of the urgency of the matters at hand, despite the many issues we are simultaneously tackling at that block which unfortunately may have caused delays. We have endeavoured to assist with the issue, as per our provision of the two maintenance companies who were unable to definitively track and trace the issue.

After the completion of the block's insurance renewal, we are now ready and committed to finalising the repairs and refurbishment of the leak and the affected flat in the imminent future with their assistance, as any further work will absolutely require a claim from insurance to assist with the necessary costs. We have confirmed with our team that there was constant communication between the block manager and the leaseholder.

Mayfords provides decent service

Mayfords provides decent service, but there are areas for improvement. Aarti Varma was effective in resolving my sink issue promptly, and Theresa Carpio managed to secure permission for work at my property efficiently. Ahmed H assisted me with my re-finance application, and Pablo, our letting agent, has been approachable and helpful. However, my experiences suggest that while Mayfords has some standout staff, overall service consistency could be enhanced.

I find mayfords very good property…

I find mayfords very good property management I contacted a lovely lady arti about a matter it was dealt very quickly with understanding in a friendly manner and with patience I would also like to praise KAL our concierge as well as others and the lovely young man who initially dealt with my inquiry

Mayfords are the managing agents

Mayfords are the managing agents that dealt with the problem of a very large build up of mould in my back bedroom in the block of flats where I live.
I communicated with Aarti Varma, the Block Manager and Theresea Carpio about this issue.
They arranged for three quotes from different contractors. In all 3 quotes there was an acknowledgement of the fact that the problem was highly likely to be due to issues with the external wall surrounding my back bedroom window.
Aarti and Theresa kept me regularly updated by phone and email and chose the company whose employees have just recently completed a fantastic job in solving the problems on both the external and internal walls. I am very happy with the end result!
