Ahmed Humayun is a great asset to…

Ahmed Humayun is a great asset to Mayfords. Mayfords have recently taken over management of our block and I find him easy to deal with and someone who comes up with simple solutions to what others may find complex whilst remembering he is dealing with a person on the end of the telephone line. Keep up the good work Ahmed!

Very good customer service.

Ahmed was good in sorting out my account queries. He helped to find some payment that were not alocated to my account. He believed me, investigated the query, found the payment and saved me money. While Ahmed was on holliday, Maggie and the team were briliant. The case had goine to the solicitors. I explained to Maggie, that Armed was dealing with my query and it should not have gone to the solicitors. Maggie listened and pulled the case from the solicitors. that was the right thing to do. It got sorted in the end thanks to Ahmed and Maggie

Great support from Mayfords

Excellent response time for my request for communal issue for my block.
Called my blockmanager Aarti and she instantly gave options and solutions told me issue will be solved in 3 days and got the remedial work completed very fast.

Very helpful Block Manager

Thank you Aarti for processing my request for a keybox in a day.
She was very kind. She understood the urgency of my request and acted promptly.
Speaking to a person and not a machine and most importantly someone who is willing to help was most assuring.

I spoke to Reuben Charles at Mayfords…

I spoke to Reuben Charles at Mayfords and he was very quick to resolve issues and went out of his way to make himself available to help. The work he did was very important for me and urgent and I'm glad Reuben was there to assist, the implications of delay would have been costly for me. Reuben understood the importance of the matter and was competent enough to resolve quickly.

I have quite a lot of additional questions and enquires that Mr Ahmed explained to me one by one in a very patient and professional manner. Help from Mayfords..Instantly!!!!

I called Mayfords after I tried my managing agent and they failed to respond. I needed some guidance as I have recently relocated to London from India on an urgent issue in my flat.
The concierge suggested I speak to the block manager for guidance.
I spoke to Aarti who is the block manager for my apartment block.
She was very helpful, she spoke very compassionately. She spoke to me in my native language Punjabi and my wife in Gujrati. She helped relieve the stress instantly of a very difficult situation.
Thanks Aarti, I have made a friend in London in my first month here. Happy indeed.

Satisfied Customer Review

Every person that we were in contact with was phenomenal and assisted us with every query and question.Most importantly we were kept informed and in the loop every step of the way which made the acquisition of our first home in the UK such a pleasant and exciting experience.
A special thank you to Nuraya, Moses and Rueben were on the ball and made this transition so easy. A huge thank you to the block Managers and the rest of the staff for the assistance as well.

5 stars for Mayfords Estate Agents!! Particularly Moses who recently sold my apartment. Moses is highly professional, patient and courteous. He is someone who has integrity which is a rare gem to find. I trust Moses to be a person to have your best interest at heart and to go the extra mile, as he has proven time and time again. He gave me sound advice on many occasions.

I would highly recommend Mayfords and would definitely use them again in the future.
