Had a good experience with this seller for my first order with quick delivery of excellent quality seals. My second order however showed up missing two of the four door seals ordered which strikes me as a pretty sloppy job of fulfilling an order. I hope I get a quick response and resolution of this problem before resorting to contacting the bank.
update: no response from seller. I've asked AmEx to block payment. What a PIA.
2nd update: the seller did send the missing seals after a couple of weeks of no communication. I know mistakes happen but communication is key!

I ordered W123 spare parts to India, and the shipment has now been stuck in customs because the seller failed to provide a basic commercial invoice something that is absolutely essential for international shipping. This is not a minor oversight, it’s fundamental.

What’s worse is the complete lack of communication. I’ve sent 14 follow-up emails requesting the invoice, and not a single one has been answered. I’ve even tried reaching out to multiple departments within the company, and still total silence.

It’s honestly shocking that a business dealing with international orders doesn’t have the most basic understanding of documentation or customer support. Ignoring customers after taking their money is unacceptable.

At this point, I’m left with a delayed shipment, unnecessary stress, and zero support from the seller.

Avoid this company if you value your time, money, and sanity.

Below is a copy of the email sent, 2nd attempt to contact them still with no response after a month. first contact was to ask if they sent the correct item. Purchased seat covers for a classic Mercedes SL. poor fitting and not as claimed a high quality copy from original template's

Assuming that I'm not going to receive a response to my inquiry. I have realised that the item sold was detailed to suit a Mercedes Benz R107 1971 to 1975 however you listing is deceptive.

In description

Original Templates no they are not. As shown by the photo on your listing of the R107 early model seats that were fitted with the original style seat covers with the back rest having the 6 perforated ribbed sections extending from the base of the seat to over the top to the rear of the seat. This photo should be noted as not true representation of the seat covers that were been offered for sale. They look nothing like the original seats, Again they are not made according to the original templates.

I foolishly should have taken a better look at the other photos of the covers that clearly show the top of the back rest of the chair is not the same as the original format.

Fitment is poor the covers are oversized, not fit to be used in any classic Mercedes Benz, would you be able to advise if they is any return policy, have tried to gain this information from your site however the German to English function is very unstable.

Worst possible seller, bought some rubber strips for an S124 and they simply didn't fit properly, tried multiple times to contact the seller which refused to give any help or solution.

I'm never going to buy anything again from these guys.

Really poor quality and non existing support

Very dishonest, product is defective and does not fit and he refuses to allow return or credit. Very cheap asian made

I had ordered rubber parts for my W124 from this fellow. He made a mistake and sent it to the wrong address. Then he refused to refund the shipping even when it was clearly his mistake. Then refusing to answer calls, or respond to mails asking for a refund of the shipping.

A very poor and unprofessionally run operation. While mistakes happen, the owner must learn to get his attitude right and treat his customers with respect.

Till then, shop elsewhere. Further, I was planning to place about 1500-2000 Eur of orders but will order from other suppliers rather than this intransigent frauds tee.

I ordered 4 replacement door seals for my 1973 MB 280 /8.
Although I had ordered 4 different part numbers, I later realized that MBZ Classic Parts also offers a set of all 4 at a significantly reduced price.
When I asked for that price I was told it wasn't possible, since the parts had already shipped with 4 distinct part numbers and my request was declined.
It turned out the reply was not truthful, since I only received 2 parts with separate part numbers and the remaining 2 were most likely from the above mentioned set of 4 and not individually labeled.
I lost all trust in MBZ Classic Parts, since not only didn't I get a truthful answer on my request, I also didn't get the individual parts I ordered, but rather some parts from the reduced priced set.

I have ordered products and received them with no problem.
I have sent emails requesting clarification for a particular parts but all 3 emails were ignored.
Very frustrating.

I have shopped for 5500DKK at this website. I have, among other things, bought a set of “window guiderails". These two rails must be approximately
1 meter each.

1. The ones I have received are approximately half the length
2. One rail was broken when I unpacked them.
3. The small "buttons" to fasten the rail are missing.
I have written to them several times but there is no response to the complaints. However, they have no problem answering when I write from another email regarding questions about other products....
Perhaps I should have checked up on the company first, because I can see that I'm not the only one who has had bad experiences with a guy named "Abdel".. Scammer..

Excellent people to deal with . Keeping my W124 alive

Dont buy anything from him. He is not communicating, not replying emails, not answering phones. He will take your money. He send few items to me and 1 of them was wrong item costed 100€ and 1 of the was missing, he didnt put it costed 25€. He is a cheater. I will apply legal way to compensate my money. This is just headache. I can prove with my order and emails if anyone want to see.

Very nice piece with excellent fit. This piece is no longer available from Mercedes and most cars are missing it. Like icing on the cake!

Paid for parts 16 juni.Haven t received parts yet.They don t answer the phone either.Just steer clear of this company

Order took 3 weeks to arrive. In total with the addition of VAT and customs clearance charges and courier costs, the total was over twice what I would have paid for similar products from the U.K. Other EU companies arrange for prepayment of vat which eliminates additional custom clearance changes. On the positive side the quality of item seems good which was my motivation for ordering. However in future I will seek products closer as it is hard to justify the additional expense.

Ordered left and right bumper for a MB W123 Coupé. Payed 384 euros for them. They started to rust directly after installation. Now there completely covered in rust. MBZ doesn't respond to any of my messages I sent to them to try to follow up on this. Classic scammers.
