I bought an airbag vest that stopped working - Kristian at MC-Utstyr Sandnes went out of his way to make sure I got a replacement in time for my trip. I also chose to upgrade to a better model, and got a very good price on it. Friendly and competent - highly recommended!

In Stavanger, on a tour of Europe and my LC2 chinstrap clip has fractured. It's 18 month old and should still be under warranty.
At Mc-Utstyr, André checked out he could get a replacement and fit it, but with advice from LC2, as it's integral to the helmet.
He also said it was possible to send the part on to their shops in Bergen or Trondheim.
For safety, I bought a replacement helmet on which André refitted my cardo comms.
He packed up my original helmet and advised which post office to go to to send my helmet home to get warranty repair done.
For good measure he advised the best pubs and restaurants in Stavanger.
Outstanding service at Mc-Utstyr from André.
