Total scam, do not touch with a barge pole. I ordered dumbbells in September, in November they told me they had arrived with them, but NOTHING since despite emails, phone calls etc. Now going through my bank to get money back - wish I hadn’t left it so long! Wasters.

Ordered 2 dumbells from this company back in November. Only ever been contacted once in December about some shipment problem 6 emails later no response no goods recieved. Clearly this is some sort of scam this person also runs the company crossboxfitness too. Contacted my bank got refunded never too late to report it to your bank dont let them drag it out wasted 3 months contacting this wannabe online entrepreneur. Stay well away.

Why no no star option , these guys are a complete waste of time.
Do not enter into a sale with them as you’ll not get what you order , you’ll get coms but they’ll just be to string you along & keep you from seeking a refund.
I had 4 different delivery dates with 4 different excuses for no show. Each time it was me that had to chase it as they never got in touch to let you know what was (supposedly) happening.
After ordering in August & still nothing by January I sought & obtained a refund via PayPal disputes.
I’ve no idea why these people set up an online shop as they appear not to have anything to sell , what’s the point , it’s not like they’ll gain loads of interest on the money they’ve taken & have to return.

If zero stars was a choice, that’s what I would choose. Ordered dumbells in September 2019 and by December they still hadn’t arrived. I accepted a refund they offered and after a month, after saying it would take 5 days, still no refund.

Poor customer service, no access to any products, clients are treated poorly and they never offer what they say they are going to.

Seems corrupt and fake, do not use at all.

I think the other reviews sum this company up, definitely not to be trusted with your money! While not a complete scam (I know other that have received equipment) the excuses for not delivering continue to come. The quality of the equipment is also very suspect, MCR not even knowing what it's like before it comes off the boat from China.
After months of back and forward and now complete silence I have had to raise a dispute with my credit card company! as if these people haven't wasted enough of my time already.

One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with, ordered dumbbells in July with a lead time of 4-6 weeks.
After nearly 5 months of excuses, finally had enough and asked for a refund.
Be aware do not use this company !!!.
10 days after requesting refund still waiting , total disgrace.

I would give less if possible take's money gives false dates to when you will receive your products.
Wouldn't recommend unless your looking for something in 6 months maybe more

I’ve been waiting since the middle of July for dumbbells it’s now middle of November! They kept making the excuse the shipment was delayed & they had problems getting hold of stock even though they were available on the website! Now they’re not replying to my emails - SCAM!

This is a scam do not purchase from this company waited over 11 weeks kept getting email saying there a delay in delivery making promises and not fulfilled heard nothing since raised a complained through PayPal awaiting a resolution

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Terrible company, based on terrible service, horrendous communication, and more excuses than I’ve ever heard from any other company. Tom, who apparently leads the operation and has other businesses, doesn’t reply to emails or texts, and seems to ha e trouble when ha doing a bad news message. Here’s a thought, don’t open a business providing goods, if you can’t provide the goods! Business was opened during lockdown, capitalising on the increase on home gym use. Order 40kg selectabell set early June, still waiting at the beginning of August after numerous attempts for updates. Was told on 2 occasions that the shipment will be arriving ‘this week or next’. Scam artists. If you do indeed run more than this ‘company’, I feel for the customers of any of those businesses. Avoid like the plague.

Equipment due 4 weeks ago absolutely no communication from company. Awful service. Luckily I paid with credit card and am now claiming money back through them. They just lie.
