Worst server host I've used.
First of all, I am a paid user, paying for a premium server, yet receiving a worse experience than I could've had with a free Aternos server.
I had constant server crashes, player kicks and server lag. even when doing nothing.
The support was abysmal, saying it's an issue on their end with no ETA for a fix, the payment support (when requesting a refund) is nonexistent, currently waiting for over 6 hours without a reply while my server is dying.
Never buy from them.
update:
still haven't responded after 20 hours. as of now, the server isn't saving my world, and files are getting deleted randomly.
Update 2:
As of 4 days later, still recieved absolutely no support (except a very rude message about me not getting a refund).
I would suggest everyone stay away from this hoster

Regarding your refund request, our billing team responds during working days (Monday–Friday), and we will absolutely grant a refund to compensate for the inconvenience caused.

It's a good Minecraft host
It's a good Minecraft host, I have played with my friends for free since 3 months and we haven't had problems, even I have some plugins. The one problem I had is the communication with a plugin and a Minecraft api, but they said it's a plugin problem.

I loved that service buy recently the nodes are Always at 90/100% not giving you enought RAM and CPU. Also today I lost my world because they finished the space on their storages. If you what to use the servers I suggest doing manual backups on your system.

MCSH is ok, Would recommend most of the times
MCSH is a decent hosting company; they are new and are a COMMUNITY PROJECT, but they offer a lot for free, like 3 - 4 GB RAM and Ryzen processors. They are also adding features like CDN / Server Mesh Networking that allow for 50 ping. The reason why this is 3 stars, not 5, is that they do take time to create features and have bugs here and there, but other than that, they are ok. Would recommend most of the time. MAKE SURE YOU MAKE BACKUPS GUYS! Your server could get deleted.

Ive had a really unique experience with mcserverhost. at fist i didnt find them that good but later on after there latest revamp It has become my mainline free hosting. 4 gigs of ram 20% burst cpu and all other kinds of advantages this is the best by far

My experience is 10/10 with this server
The server are high performance and have low ping.
The support is excellent.
It allows us to add mods,plugins and everything without a paywall unlike most hosting website.

my experience with mcserverhost
This server host frequently crashes, takes long to fix issues, days at a time.
Frequently backdates and does not save progress or achievements. Some plugins bug only in this host. Good for free and starts quick unless it crashes 19 times in a row which has happened or the files just go missing like?
