Found it with google help, tried their free hosting and wanted to upgrade after a short time, upgraded to lowest they got, paid like 5 euros or something, after another short time upgraded another time(paid almost 5 euros again), to next level, waited for couple of hours and the host didnt upgraded. OK, I was thinking to myself, maybe I can upgrade it one more time, and wow, the little box on the screen showed me that I need to pay exactly 0.00$, agreed, accepted and guess what? I got notification from my bank app, that I paid 8 or 9 euros. Maybe those 8/9 euros for them is 0.00$? I was scrolling and pressing all the buttons on their page and saw that my subscription is till May, I was like ok, why?! Thats not all guys...Dont even try to comunicate with their support on discord, they will respond to your ticket just one time with excuses like its weekend, they got like many more tickets to answer etc, but their "client support" is chatting in main chat all the time. Oh, yeah almost forgot, when I canceled subscription I was left with the free server, everything was gone(no refund, no nothing). So if someone needs a major scam in their life, use this site. (they are storing bank card details somewhere too, one dude warned me, but it was to late).

Absolutely unacceptable experience. I was charged multiple times without authorization — and the charges were never corrected. Despite providing proof and opening multiple tickets, nothing was refunded and no explanation was given.

The server itself consistently failed to meet the advertised specifications and repeatedly shut down without warning, causing serious downtime and disruption. This wasn’t a minor hiccup — it felt completely unreliable.

To make matters worse, support repeatedly closed my tickets without resolving anything. No accountability, no real assistance, and no ownership of the issue.

Mcserverhost.Com is genuinely a very good host platform. 4GB ram 200% CPU and 10GB storage on a free server is outstanding. Performance of their server is also very good, low ping, no lag, fast rendering. Overall 4/5 from my side.

the server stops working every hour, and it has stopped working after 2 weeks of use and when we tried to upgrade the services to see if the random server restarts stop, we got charged but it never upgraded.

Bought a server, installation of a modpack fails many times. UI is not updating realtime correctly. No easy way to correctly manage files. Tried upgrading, got charged 3 times incorrectly each time bigger amounts due to UI not working correctly. Never got the upgrade. Suddenly server cant start "no space left on device" my panel shows im using 3 GB out of the 60 I should have.

Lame experience, frustrating. Never pay for servers here.

The host is very good. it has many good features like auto start so that you dont need to go in to console every time to start the server.. And also it has a very good performance and a active discord server with support!

Best server host ive found, but there are some catches like needing to reinstall it every day, and sometimes the servers are down so i cant play. Fully customizable, good specs, overall great server.

At first it was Soo good no lag nothing but after 2-3 days my villagers disappeared
Randomly and server crashed and couldn't play for a few days but staff was very helpful and they fixed it

Please add the hourly credits system like an alternative payment option or something like that

A lot of issues whit servers going down even in payed servers, issues also whit the unsubcription options and no refounds even in its own service, the page froze regularly and no acess to all the archives of the server to self maintainance.
Also the Support its pretty lamely whitout real solutions and extremely delayed response even in urgent payment issues.

Feels really great for a free server. Except a few minor problems which are almost negligible, all are great. No lack of facilities. Very quick response from the support team. If you want to host a medium range friends server, I would recommend using MCServerHost. This is the best one I have found for free so far!
