Relatively easy claiming by Wesley…

Relatively easy claiming by Wesley Hospital Brisbane. Knew there was a $750 excess to pay. Patients need to be aware that there can be significant surgeon and anaesthetist’s fees. I was prepared for such costs.

Out of pocket $17000 on a $6300 a year platinum policy

I went to Medibank office in Swanston Street before $20000 spine surgery. They assured me I was fully covered so I paid for surgery upfront.

I submitted my Medibank refund and got $1000 back + $2700 from Medicare.

My policy is a $6300 a year policy

RIPPED OFF - Pity I cant give ZERO Stars - Out of pocket $17000
