meepo shuffle battery stopped working, good customer service
Bought a meepo shuffle about 5 months ago, with around 400 miles the battery stopped turning on out of no where. Fortunately customer service worked very fast and got back to me and within two days my new battery is on the way
Bought a Voyager about 5 months ago but…
Bought a Voyager about 5 months ago but unfortunately my ESC stopped working. But after 4 mail spread apart 2 days (I must add that I'm in very different time zones compared to China) they recognised the problem and send me a new one :)
Very happy about the whole support process and definitely feels like there putting in a lot more work to respond quickly than a couple years ago

Customer service from Meepo Boards is amazing. Theyre always there and always doing their best to help. They have great availability and arent trying to squeeze you for every penney. My only conplaint is sometimes they suggest the same thing twice, but its not too much of an issue when the response time is as fast as theirs.

Have received the product with packaging and shipping related issues. Although the product I received may have slipped through their quality control, they provided great responses on a timely manner and seeking to resolve the issue were truly a first-class customer service. The customer representative's effort to escalating the issue to the Upper Management shows that they are sincere of preventing the issue to reoccur in the future. We love their products and we'll keep buying more :)

Had a broken part inside my board and when asking for a replacement after providing a reference picture, I was given quick and useful help that painlessly resulted in me getting a replacement getting shipped to me. For great boards and great support as well, I recommend Meepo.

my meepo is super good but it has had charging problems. they sent me a new charger after that I bought the supercharger for my meepo v4 shuffle. it worked for a week then it stoped I took my battery case off and my battery was completely burnt. meepo is sending me a new one. overall the v4 shuffle is a-ok board.

I picked up the Meepo Hurricane early Dec22. l'm 91kg and it's got loads of power for me, easily out pacing my son on his Onsra BC2. 7" wheels also a big plus for Australian roads. Also I don't have the puncture issue smaller tyres seem to have. Solid board, loads to love about, awesome value for what you get. I had a minor warranty issue and the guys at Meepo couldn't have fix the problem faster. Have done over 900km in 8 weeks, planning on many more. Couldn't be happier with the board.

Amazing customer service!
I've had my Meepo V3 for a little over 2 years now and I loooove this thing! Power button finally shook loose and stopped working on me, but the reps at Meepo were able to get me off in the right direction with what part I needed to replace. Will definitely do what it takes to keep my board working for as long as I can!

After using the Meepo V4S 4 months in really bad conditions (raining) It has endured quite well but ultimately the battery went dead. Luckily the customer service was really fast to answer me back and helped me into getting a new battery really fast!
