Zero Communication, Orders cancelled, Orders Not Sent Without Chasing. Nightmare.
The first order I placed was not delivered for weeks, no communication at all. I had to call and chase up myself before receiving my items.
The second order I placed for a different item, again radio silence, and then a a few days later was mysteriously cancelled without explanation or follow up. Again, zero communication at all.
Just terrible customer service really and a waste of time. Will not be coming back.

Hey Allister, thanks for your review but sorry you’ve had a bad experience with us.
I can see your first order was placed on 7th Dec which we fulfilled and sent out the 8th Dec.
Whenever we fulfil an item our system automatically sends a email to the buyer telling them it’s been fulfilled. For whatever reason sometimes that doesn’t get through or gets caught in spam. Your order confirmation email was sent at 21:12 on 8/12 which you should have received.
We also experience terrible lateness issues with Royal Mail during those busy festive periods so apologies for them not getting your item to you quicker.
I can see your second order was placed on 23rd Dec but refunded on 24th Dec.
You should have received a courtesy email from us explaining why it was refunded, I can only apologise for that. We’ll find out why that never happened and start disciplinary action against who was responsible.
We are well known for our customer service so we’re really disappointed you’ve had this problem.
Again, thanks for letting us know so we can make sure it doesn't happen to anyone in the future.
