I ordered a Moza steering wheel and a bundle. On the site, they advertise it will cost 3 days to ship the bundle. I ordered both, in advance. I ordered it the Sunday to deliver it on the next Saturday. So like 6 days before the deadline. The first to days I got a status update and all is fine. The thirth day I got an update, and it says the bundle will be delayed with 13 DAYs, I asked customer support about it, and they said it can happen. I felt like... it's your responsibility to deliver it in the days you said, the only reason I choose this shop is for the 3 days. Okey further down the line we approach Saturday and I got a mail that the steering wheel will not be delivered on Saturday but on Monday. I was already frustrated for the first part now this, so send an email with what is this. I buy something under the conditions you deliver it on the day you told me and that didn't happen. And then they just cannceld my order, the bundle completly and the wheel was to late so I can accept it or deny. They send a mail that they canceld it with extra info but no word of why they did it. Here is some advice, if you can avoid Megekko by buying the same item somewhere else, do it.

Ordered a costly PC case which arrived too late so I returned it without opening the box. After receiving they day that I have broken a part! How is it possible when I didn't even open the seal!

Ordered an MSI MGP OLED 3440x1440p 175Hz monitor last august, so 11 months ago. There is 1 stuck pixel that appeared after about 10 months, its not that big of deal so I just don't worry about that.

The problem is that the screen has bubbles under the anti glare layer of the screen, this is not removable and I cant do anything about it. its starting to get worse and worse over time. Its like the protective film was never removed from the screen when it was new (which it was as it has little tabs you pull to remove that layer).

We sent this in for a repair or warranty with Megekko. After a week they say nothing is there and they aren't doing anything about it. Like what? I sent a video of the problem and told you exactly how to see the problem. they say its dirt and its cleaned. Now I will get a monitor back that is still messed up..,This was an €800 monitor...not some cheap thing that can easily be replaced.
VERY disappointed with the warranty service. I will send the monitor RIGHT BACK as soon as I get it to say the same problem again. Usually they are pretty good with stuff and will help you, but this is turning me away from them as an entire company. It seems they don't care or don't want to solve the problem. I don't know what is so difficult about sending ME a a new monitor and them getting their problem solved with the manufacturer. My product is under warranty, solve the problem please

Super fast shipping, good products and great customer service!

I ordered a motherboard from here i payed for the new price and i got a used product. sealing was already off and aswell as screws being damaged. I still went with it to build my pc. it works but i dont agree with getting a used product for the price of a new product

Ordered New PC Case and the case i received is already opened and sticker on side panel peeled and missing books , missing seals ...

Just a scam at this point .
And return policy looks sketchu too.

I can recommend Megekko with a clear conscience. I ordered parts to assemble the computer and everything arrived in perfect condition, the boxes were not bruised and carefully packed. I only waited 6 days for the shipment - 3 days it took a separate company to deliver the missing parts and 3 days I waited for Megekko, they claimed it was PostNL's fault and PostNL claimed it was Megekko 😅 but in the end the parcel arrived at the front door and was left for someone to take away the order worth over €1,500 and the receipt of the parcel was probably signed by PostNL courier.

I ordered from this website expecting my items in a day or two, as advertised. It's been a week, and I'm still waiting. And I'm really disappointed with the false promises. I wouldn't recommend ordering from here if you need your items quickly.

I have a bad experience with Meggeko. I bought a complete PC build from their website, and after just 3–4 weeks, the CPU cooler started making a lot of noise. I even recorded a video to show the issue.

I contacted them to request a repair or replacement. They agreed but told me I had to wait 15 working days. I accepted because I had no other option — unfortunately, this meant my work had to be put on hold during that time.

I returned the Cooler on the 30th of April, and now it’s the 23rd of May. My work has been seriously affected. Every time I ask for an update on when I’ll receive my Cooler back or get a replacement, they say they have no idea. How is that even possible? What about your internal KPIs? How do you manage customer expectations with no timeline or communication?

I have all the email correspondence that confirms my complaint and their responses.
Extremely disappointed.

I have sent them a new email. If I do not receive a response within 5 days, I will be forced to consider other actions, including contacting ConsuWijzer, the Dutch government’s consumer advice service.

They sent me a new one, but after around 5 days, I’m facing the same issue as with the old one — it’s too noisy.

Bought an Asus 9070xt. It was delivered the next day. Great increase in performance from my 3080 10G, more stable frames. Had to reinstall teh windows, I guess there are some issues when using AMD drivers after nvidia was installed/ Right now all works great About 30% increase in overall performance.

Always a top service and fair prices , ok you have to pay for the return of a product but hey... Meggeko is one of the best site for pc enthusiast, and the After sale service is responsive 👍

Worst experience EVER buying a product. And this coming from someone who had previously spent over 2000 euros with them.

I recently bought a monitor which was supposed to be gifted as a birthday present. Delivery time 7 days. Acceptable and it would only arrive 1 day after the birthday.

It only went downhill from here. EVERY 2-3 days I’d receive an email that the delivery had been postponed. I reached out to customer services which all she did was apologise for the delay but no other information than that. No suggestion on how to fix the issue, no discount given, no voucher, no suggestion to replace the product.

I share my frustration, and I suggest all of the points above. In which they say no. Finally suggest another monitor in which the specs were indeed similar but the brand I already had experience with it and was not happy so I declined.

Had to wait now for 21 days! When finally for the last time I get an email saying it’s out of stock. IT WAS OUT OF STOCK WHEN I BOUGHT THE PRODUCT. But they kept on gaslighting me that it would arrive in 2-3 days EVERY 2-3 days.

I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

I placed two expensive orders minutes apart. One shipped with PostNL and arrived next day. The other, sent with DHL, was a disaster. no real delivery attempt, falsely marked as “missed,” and redirected to a pickup point with limited hours. I had to collect it myself, which defeats the point of home delivery.

Customer service responded quickly but took no responsibility. They just told me to wait and offered no real help. Only after repeated complaints did they finally contact DHL, too late to matter.

When I finally got the package, the motherboard box wasn’t sealed, and the CPU socket cover was loose. I reported it just in case.

This was my first and last experience with Megekko. Their delivery process, customer support, and handling of expensive components were all below expectations. I can't recommend them, you're on your own if anything goes wrong.

Selling secondhand and used items as new. Bought expensive routers and received already opened and already used items. Still waiting for my new items to be delivered. Such a hassle to get their fraudulent sell fixed.
