Charged multiple times and still no reservation!
Over the past several weeks we have tried to reserve our hotel. We utilized the Paypal pay in 4 option provided by MemberDeals.com. I have used it before with 0 issues. This time I was charged in full multiple times and never even received a single confirmation. I called Paypal to correct it and they canceled all the charges but I had to wait 2 weeks for my money to be returned and could not make the reservation because of this. When my money finally returned I tried to again make reservations but the hotel we were wanting had now increased in price. We had to settle for a much less appealing hotel. However, when I tried to check out, the Paypal pay in 4 option is gone! I can only pay in full now! So we decided to start over using my wife's GovX and Paypal accounts and THE SAME EXACT ISSUES HAPPENED AGAIN from start to finish! Charged her card with no confirmation, had to wait for a refund, no more pay in 4 option. Paypal blames MemberDeals. MemberDeals blames Paypal. Neither one of them cares to correct the issue and the trouble it's caused us. MemberDeals even said "We don't offer the Paypal Pay In Four option" I HAD LITERALLY JUST PAID OFF MY PREVIOUS PAY IN FOUR FROM MEMBERDEALS!! Honestly...next time I'll just pay the extra $50 I supposedly saved and use Hotels.com and use Affirm to split up the payments. This was ridiculous.
MemberDeals responded to this review saying they want to look into the matter and asked for confirmation codes and other information that I clearly said we never received! Not to mention I already went through this multiple times with their customer service team, as I already said above also. See, this is exactly the issue. They don't care to really fix the issue, just to try and save face on the review. Otherwise they wouldn't be asking me to go through the same exact BS all over again.

Payment never works except for Paypal
The only payment method that ever works is PayPal. I’m unable to manually enter my card info without receiving an error. What I really wish is for them to add support for Apple Pay. The only way I ever want to pay for stuff online.

The tickets were more at the theater than if we just got them direct. They didn’t give the tickets for the price at govx site. They charge additional amount with the black ticket.

Cheaper and easier to reserve
I was able to get a 50 dollar difference on an email I received, I canceled my reservation with a different company and used id.me to save money! Super quick and easy!

The total price wasn’t total
It was giving me a total price of $82.50 which I believed included taxes but $17’plus was added after I added my credit card. This was my first time doing hotel reservations. I never had this issue with renting a car always had great experience. Always provided the actual cost up front. Won’t reserve hotel again. Ms. Smalls
