I configured my pc and received my pc in 3 weeks the package was sent with excellent protection, the cable management is excellent, so having waited 3 weeks to receive a tidy and operational pc I am not disappointed I recommend

I just bought a laptop

but when i start it the screen is not working (black screen not on)
the HDMI is working so the problem is the screen !

I had to note that i bought 3 pc on this website and i had 3 problems !

The first computer had a ram problem, i had to change it, same for the second. And now the screen is not working on the 3rd.

Purchase of an assembled PC with choice of components made on the Memory PC site

Very good computer and delivered tomorrow in 20 days.

All the components were in good state except the graphic card RX 6900 XT which costs an arm and a leg.
I would like to point out that the graphics card was protected, so logically the card was defective from the start (I would like to point out for the smart guys who would say "It's because of the transport blah blah blah")
I just hope the system they send me as an advance replacement will work this time and that the return of the defective pc will be free !

I bought a PC from Memory PC because it was cheap compared to other brands.
Now I know why.

The PC was really badly assembled - the cable management was so tight that some motherboard pins were bent. The CPU didn't have enough thermal paste at all (actually the thermal paste looked like putty and not real thermal paste).

There was only one fan in the case, the other fan was the CPU fan and it really wasn't enough to cool the 3080 Ti and the CPU.

My processor has exceeded 100°C on games that are 10 years old.

I had to take the whole computer apart, put it in my old case, buy some thermal paste to put on the CPU and redo all the airflow inside the case. Now it does not rise above 75°C.

I do not recommend buying PCs at Memory PC.

Bought my 1st build on this website, thanks to Dealabs, and it was sent rather quickly, plus the cable management was great. Nothing to complain about, go for it without hesitation!

O order a gaming pc with rtx 3060 from memory PC. Got to say that i have no complains. The PC runs smoth.The package was well protected. Great job by them.

Good service (delay, packaging, international delivery, communication ) and product is (great) as per specification.

Nothing to say about the seriousness of Memory PC, the assembly is very well done, the cable management also, only small downside is at the level of the delivery, the parcel is taken care of by DHL from Germany and taken in charge by La Poste once in France, I find it strange, a complete transport by DHL would seem to me more judicious in terms of follow-up and delivery time.
Conclusion, if you want a quality PC with excellent value for money, go for it!!!

I bought a new desktop pc on their site. The user experience on the site is not ideal because it's clearly made for German users and the english localization is sometimes incomplete and painful.
Another key point is that the whole production process is pretty slow. I ordered (and paid) my pc on the 13th of July and i received it at home on the 29th of July. Not the best when you are used to Amazon.
Having said that, they offer for sure some of the best deals you can find on the market and the support replies to emails within a few hours, so if you are patient and not in a hurry, i would recommend them

Very responsive company ! I received a defective PC at first, and they instantly sent me a replacement, which arrived very quickly as well. They care a lot about their customers, and they want your satisfaction at all cost ! I seriously recommend this company if you're looking for a really good PC and a great service support !

I ordered what I wanted and MemoryPC delivered to me an awesome system. Now I'm ready to play those good games. Pre-installed Win 11, was easy to go to MS website and purchase a registration key.
