Special thanks to Jodie in the service department, a delight to speak to, communicated everything efficiently, timings for collection worked perfectly. The whole experience was a joy, the online booking is brilliant (and you can book a courtesy car) and the self check-in has made things even more efficient. All the staff are super helpful and nothing is too much trouble.
