Beyond excellent!

Following a previous disappointing experience with Mercedes-Benz Ascot, I have to say that Mercedes-Benz Brooklands has completely restored my faith in the Mercedes-Benz brand.

From start to finish, the service has been exceptional, and I genuinely couldn’t be happier with my experience. A special thank you to Joe Lopez for his outstanding service, professionalism and attention to detail. Joe went above and beyond to make the whole process smooth, enjoyable and reassuring.

Was in market for new car for my husband and hadn’t settled on what model to get. I have had a number of MB over the years and always loved driving them. Made an online enquiry and Lewis from Glasgow MB got in touch. Tool me a couple of weeks to finally decide to buy so Lewis checked in a couple of times until we bought. Talked us through all the digital paperwork and, again, kept us informed until car arrived. Great experience throughout not just from Lewis but Colin as well. Husband loves the car!

The purchase of my new car went really well and the vehicle was delivered sooner than expected. The staff at Mercedes Norwich were extremely helpful and the hand over experience is a lovely touch as this was my first "New" car purchase.

When I purchased my MB brand new from the Birmingham show room I was told that I can set the mileage as low because it won’t make much difference if I give this one back and get a new MB. Well, I am now in negative equity and MB wanting more money for a new car. Totally misled me and the finance team have zero interest in helping.

New car financed at competitive rate, very happy. Salesperson Stuart Owlett was very accommodating with requests, and made it clear what was being offered by Mercedes at the time.

Wiktoria and Germehl were absolutely fantastic, they made the experience incredibly clear and pleasant. Wiktoria was working on her annual leave to ensure we received our car on time, truly excellent customer support and the car is incredible. 10/10

I had such a lovely experience purchasing my car. From the beginning, the sales representative was incredibly nice, gentle, patient and calm. He made the whole process feel comfortable and stress-free, and he was always happy to answer my questions, even with all the things I wanted to know as a first-time Mercedes owner. 😂
