Good delivery but expensive when returning the product
Good delivery and no issue with the order. Sadly the return is not free.. kind of tricky when you not live in Netherlands and obviously you need to try the size on… at least for the first order. Shipping back the order is expensive.

Don’t buy Mercer Amsterdam shoes
Great marketing but low quality product.
I worn my shoes only for 2 days and the glue on the shoe is already coming off.
For that price, it’s not acceptable to have this kind of quality after that much time.
I ask for an exchange, the customers service didn’t accept. Their answer below, i let your judge by yourself…
