Poor material quality, unfortunately
The design and looks are 10/10, but product quality is not up to this price level at all. Within 1 week of very light use in clean conditions, the material already starts chipping/displaying small cuts. This really ruins the look quite a bit.
Too sad because they are really comfortable and look good (when you get them). Model is rerunner, not from pineapple material. Have them now for a good month and they already look very used... Unacceptable for this price level.

No delivery-money refunded without any explanation
I ordered some sneakers, got a confirmation, and two days later I got a mail from Paypal that the money had been refunded. Just like that, no explanation at all from your side. Moreover the sneakers I ordered are still available on your site... Strange way of online selling!!

Fantastic customer support by Mikki who helped me find a replacement for my previous pair of re-runs - however, I would say, the change of sizes (I am usually a 39, the 39 fit me perfectly) is really confusing. I was advised that size 38 should fit but I would say they are a bit big still. Also, very curious if Mercer have switched suppliers? I noticed as soon as I tried the new pair on that they were nowhere near as comfortable as my previous pair of the same trainers, which were one of my main reasons for loving the brand.

Never got my order
Ordered shoes, but the day they should have arrived I got an notification from Klarna (so not from Mercer themself) that my order was returned or cancelled. I had to contact them myself about what went wrong. Turned out the shoes I ordered were not in stock after all, but when I ordered them it said there were 3 pairs in stock. Very weird and annoying.
