I paid for express shipping

I paid for express shipping. I received one box on Oct 16 and still haven’t received 3 other boxes. I also ordered it from the United States and then I find out they are coming from china. I should receive my express shipping fee back or some sort of discount. On the 1 box I did receive the paint is already chipped on some of the edges. For the price it should come pristine condition. And the brackets are slightly different from what it shows in the pictures.

Extra Shipping Charge COD!

When the package arrived, it came with a $21 COD shipping charge that I had to write a check with. There was no mention of this charge when I purchased the item. I was pretty angry
