The risks of low cost brands.
In my last order with Metro, I made the mistake of buying a cheaper brand of Unistrut-compatible P1186 fitting. I hadn't noticed you can specify the brand. The fittings delivered should have been 45 degree but were approximately 39 degrees and unusable.
I didn't bother returning the items as the postage would have cost more than the components were worth, and other items in the order were OK.

Quite honestly an excellent service - it came when you said it would and it was all correct - even your chosen courier was good
Prices were the best I could find and stock was the most comprehensive- the brochure supplied will be very useful too.
The packaging was a little damaged / ripped but nothing was missing
