No reaction on retour request

I bought winter slippers on 2 December via a Facebook ad. I received them 10 days later.
Actual size: 38
Ordered size: 38-39
When I tried them on, it turned out that they were too small.
I wanted to exchange them for the larger model.
I sent several emails to the address given on the order form, and I also tried them on the miapalma.com website.
After 10 days with no reply, I've come to terms with the fact that I won't be getting any exchanges.
And they dare to announce 4.75 / 5 positive reviews...
Just another dropshipping site...
BTW, I found the same slippers for half the price on Amazon.
