I had a good experience with my order. Everything was as expected and came in good condition. The delivery seemed to take awhile but it was OK. I will order from Micro-Mark again.

I'm mostly disappointed with the product (as opposed to the customer service). I ordered the micromark chopper after watching videos of a hobbyist using it online. It looked really cool to use for cutting matchsticks.

I was very disappointed that the arm of the chopper was so wobbly. It doesn't hold itself up (as I observed in the video), and since it's wobbly, it made a large, wide cut in the cutting surface. I tried tightening it, and I changed blades to make sure it was sharp. The base is just a particle board, so it cut very easily.

I e-mailed the company, I appreciate that they got back to me quickly, but nothing was really done to resolve the issue. I was told to try to tighten the arm of the cutter, and to check that it was screwed to the base tightly, and also that it was normal to get a cut in the surface of the wood. I am pretty sure that the cut isn't supposed to be nearly as wide and growing as it is. I responded that I had done that, but did not get a reply.

I've decided to take the loss, I bought a better chopper from a different company.

Two stars- the company got back to me right away, but the product wasn't worth it.
