Only half of the order quantity was…

Only half of the order quantity was shipped. The item qty listed was 2 sets, the order arrived with only 1. No backorder qty was listed. Customer service resolved the issue when I called, and shipped the remaining item promptly. I noted the MicroMark price was double the sellers pkg listed price, and shipping charge was about 2x normal. Unless I can't find alternative source, I probably won't use this site again.
