After I place an order I got a call…
After I place an order I got a call that if I pay 300 extra I will get one more cover of my choice. They just sent one useless cover in the same order. so dont fall for the trap.
I’m absolutely shocked by Million…
I’m absolutely shocked by Million Cases. After I posted a genuine review about receiving a cheap, low-quality case worth ₹399, I got a call from their support team asking me to delete the review in exchange for a refund.
This is blackmail and unethical. Instead of addressing customer complaints professionally, they are trying to silence people with refund threats.
The case they sent is horrible — cheap plastic, not worth even ₹100. They’re running a scam by calling customers, pushing "surprise" products, and then refusing refunds unless you take down your complaints.
This is going straight to the Consumer Forum. Stay away from this brand – they’re fooling customers and trying to hide the truth by suppressing negative feedback.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM MILLION CASES.
Good Service
I received a call from MR. Karan Thankur, He guide me very well and solved all doubts & problems.
Thanks Karan :)
Pathetic Experience!!! But they have now refunded the money after picking up the case that was delivered
Sharing my experience with million cases purchase here so that you guys can refrain from buying from this site.
They sell cheap back cases at a premium price, and the products look very different from the one which was delivered. There was an additional COD cost of 100 added to the delivery and thus the overall charge of the back case was 1298! U can see from the picture how premium the product looks!
Nevertheless, I raised it to their customer care email id, asking for a refund and provided them the pictures they asked for as well. They refused to refund for the product and said that only replacement(again I have to pay 100 extra for that) or store credit for a year was possible.
So they expect me to pay for a replacement with a similar cheap product or take store credit for another loot!
Update as or 13 May 2025
The money has been refunded for the case, after the pick up was scheduled for the same.

Thanks for the support
Thanks for the support.
I have placed an order which wasn't matched my requirement. Before placing the order I confirmed from your side after confirmation only I placed the order. But I got the other product.
So, I requested for refund instead of replacement.
Thanks to Karan who supported and processed the refund.
Thank you
Hello, Fantastic customer service.
Hello,
I had ordered for a mobile case for Samsung S 24 ultra.
The case was not up to my expectations.
I had to ask for a refund. Initially there was some hesitancy for refund. Once I had explained the reasons for refund, the response was swift and the refund was credited within a couple of days.
Dont buy any product from this website

Attractive Looks, WORST built quality #DoNotPurchaseGarbageProduct
I purchased Pivot Guard Magnetic Ring Stand Case - Google Pixel 7 Pro.
Just within one month of usage of this product, the magnetic ring on the back side, which opens like a foldable stand, has broken already.
What is the point of purchasing such an expensive case from your company, if it does not even last for 1 month and falls apart.
I feel like I was cheated and a huge amount of money blown up for a defective case delivered/sold online. If we pay a 4 times higher amount for a case, we do expect it to last at least a year or so. Customer Support responds stating "We understand your concern but we have a 7 days replacement & exchange policy and we could not assist you in this matter." Such a shame!
Pathetic quality and service
Pathetic quality and service. Please do not waste your money here. I ordered a cover for my OnePlus phone 10Pro 5G for ₹ 1100. It was delivered after more than a week. When it finally arrived, the cover was patently defective and did not align with the camera slots. When I asked for a refund, the customer service team conveniently informed me that they have arranged pick-up, but they can only offer a credit note, as per their refund policy. Even after reaching out multiple times, I have received zero assistance from their end. Posting this, so that no one else loses their money for the pathetic quality and service offered by MillionCases. If you notice, they don't even offer the space to post reviews, presumably because they have many disgruntled customers.
Firstly, the product is overpriced, in comparison with similar products. DailyObjects, etc. offer much better quality-for-cost in their products.
Secondly, contrary to basic consumer policy, they fail to apprise customers of their "no-refund" policy BEFORE the purchase is made. All reputed businesses ensure that such policy is intimated on their website, before the purchase is made.
Thirdly, in my case, the refund was necessitated due to a patent defect in the product provided, not because I didn't like the colour or design. In such case, the refusal to refund my money is fraudulent. For obvious reasons, I don't want another product of theirs.
Lastly, their customer service has been extremely lethargic in resolving this issue and hasn't even bothered to call or respond adequately.
Please don't waste your money here.
The product they shipped me in wrong and fake
The product they shipped me in wrong and while asking for my refund or an instructions video they are threatening me that they won't help ,it has damaged my samsung s23 ultra 1tb variant phone and they service is pathetic
Its not worth money that you spend
I recently bought golden color back cover with round ring stand. In my opinion i can get this quality in 300rs. It looks attractive but quality wise its not worth 1300rs.if you just wanna buy online and spend money then its not bad. I would not recommend to spend money on such a cheap quality material.
I purchased the OnePLUS12 mobile back…
I purchased the OnePLUS12 mobile back cover, and the quality was just too poor. However, if the website offers a quality guarantee, after verify the product's quality when I write to them to return it and get my money back because I don't like any other products. They obtrusively offer me a credit note or another item. on the website has a refund policy available then why they forcing me to buy a new product. This is the originality of the millioncases.com; it's not for financial gain; rather, it's for the service that they are offering to us.
