Milowrobotics 

This company is ripping off the American people, taking money and not delivering the product, I put in a order April 14 2025 have not received anything from them, just found out no way to call, reach out, nothing, where is the law.

I ordered 2(1brown,1white) £29.99(Buy1,second half price)Was supposed to be for Christmas, I've still got what I received in packaging & got photos. Emailed many times & had no reply

BEWARE!! This company should STOP cheating people! These "toys" are junk. I received an email stating that my order was on its way. The order nbr, the tracking nbr the items that were shipped along with the price that I had paid. There was also Milow Robotics, email at the top of the page and a different mail at the bottom on the page. So far all was good. The package arrived 3 weeks later. It was a thin plastic bag that was torn and taped back together. , The items I received were not the items ordered. Instead there were, cheap little dogs that had broken pieces or just didn't work. I paid $78.63. I tried to return them. Both email were none existent. Same with the phone number. The tracking number was also bogus. After 3 months of trying to contact the company through email, phone and us postal mail (returned). I went to my bank to get a refund. Because I placed and approved the order. I was out of luck. The bank did try to contact Milow with NO response. I had no refund and no usa able toys.
Milow Robotics is a scam company!! I have the paperwork but I finally threw the "toys" away.

I ordered this item back in December 2024 and never recieved my order,emailed multiple times and no response,if anyone know a contact number please let me know.These people need to exposed to the utmost and put out of business,FOR REAL.

I ordered a puppy last December. You charged me and never sent me a puppy 🐶 you charged me on 12/17/2024. You can still send me a puppy or give me my money back! After reading a few reviews I believe you are scammers, liers and cheaters!

Absolute load of old shit
It was thrown through my kitchen window in a white paper bag. It's no bigger than a mouse.
Advert days ubs charge but it's AA batteries. I've not even bothered putting batteries in it as I know it's going to be shit. Can't believe I've been ripped. Like many others theres no refund. And no one replies to emails
Market place should be ashamed allowing these people to rip everyone off. It did come within a week of ordering

This puppy doesn't do what they say it will do! It's MAYBE worth $10, but definitely not $30. I paid for express shipping and it came regular mail, a month later! Very, VERY dissatisfied!!! If I could give it negative stars I would. It's hard, not cuddly either.

I ordered a toy puppy robot early December 2024 and expected it delivered within 5 days. As nothing turned up I sent two emails to the address given and both were returned as address not recognised. Having searched on line I found another address again no reply. I have now started a dispute with my credit card and unbelievable SP Millow Robotics are disputing this.

Well didn't get anything close to what was advertised can't get my money back because they don't answer and my credit card said they have to follow the guidelines. This is nothing but a scam and people need to be aware that they are just out there to get your money. They send you junk and then according to their site you have to pay to send it back but don't give you info on how to return it BUYERS BEWARE

Please read reviews and don't get caught like us. This is not alegit company, and if we'd read the reviews we would not be nearly 50 pounds out of pocket. They are out to scam,full stop. They do not send goods, they have actually taken two payments, not sure how and don't reply to emails. I am currently asking credit card to re imburse but don't think they will. Be warned.

I bought these in good faith (two; for both my granddaughters for Easter) - and I am massively disappointed and feel angry that I did not read the reviews first.

They are NOTHING like the adverts!!
Advertising as robotic life-like puppies, no! .....they're definitely not!
I received absolutely rubbish cheap toys, they are not even cute. I realised too late that I fell for it. I'm angry also, that this has cost me over £50 .....I am not able to afford it but "would" have been happy to pay, if these puppies were a true likeness to the heavy advertising. As it turned out, they are worth nothing!
The emails I sent were answered and dealt with in a kind manner, offering me a 20% refund. I am sure that those who dealt with my complaint were unaware of the details - having never seen what was sent...but I don't know.
Just stay away from this scam, save yourself a huge disappointment. Angelika

Ps I can't remember the exact date of when they were ordered

I never actually bought the puppy because I entered the site through the pop up advert, and a discount was offered, and I had 15 mins to purchase it before offer ends. After looking through the advert (with showed me other irregularities) I had 2 mins remaining, I clicked back to pop up Ad and re-entered, discount time was back to 15 mins. OTHER IRREGULARITIES:- 1) l couldn't find the company name anywhere, I found the name Milowrobotics on TrustPilot. 2) In the Ad there's a picture of 3 puppies in their boxes, the boxes have no company name, no puppy names, no description, just some pics on the box, WHAT COMPANY WITH SUCH A GROUND BREAKING PRODUCT IS NOT GOING TO ADVERTISE THEMSELVES.
PS. TrustPilot have a check box to let Milowrobotics know of this review, NO *#¥€§ CHANCE, WHY GIVE THEM THE OPPORTUNITY TO CORRECT THEIR MISTAKES.

I have seen these Robot Puppy ads popping up everywhere on social media platforms. I hope people do their deep research and avoid buying these fake products. Before you think about buying, copy and paste the product name into another browser, make sure it's not a scam. Read real reviews, look for other websites selling the same fake item. Type in Robot Puppy and or robot bunny scams. This website shows real small dogs, and that's a red flag. Another fake site that is selling the same thing is called midasn. These websites are also showing AI robot builders working in a fake factory surrounded by AI dogs. There are fake websites with fake reviews. Please everyone who thinks this stuff is real, it's not. And those who have bought one of these and actually received a dog ended up getting one of those cheap electric yapping bark battery operated dog you can get for 6 dollars at the toy store. With the age of AI and unfortunately people who are trustworthy, we all have to beware of things that look too good to be true.

My mother and i placed an order for buy 2 get 1 free with satisfaction guaranteed or money back. There's no option to request refund or phone number to be located and called for costumer service. But they have an option and button to make another order. How convenient. This actual company needs to be looked into. I have a YT tracking number for YunExpress that's suppose to be shipping order. Also have order number for milow robotics that was given after payment was taken. No other updates were received or given after. DO NOT BUY FROM MILOWROBOTICS. We need to make this company pay and be held accountable for their action.

I Ordered 3 for my kids. It is now March & the Tracking number link still says "Processing" I've tried several times to contact them about my package, with no luck. How can they advertise & the Platform they are using to advertise NOT BE HELD LIABLE! My kids think I lied to them.

I really don't understand people that actually fell for this BS. The advertising is enough to send alarm bells off. Showing videos of little teacup pups trying to pass them off as being robotic 🤦‍♀️
Then the next obvious step would be to check the reviews. Over 700 reviews and only a 1 star rating. Not looking good!!!

I also bought a puppy in December 2024 and never recieved it. Tried contacting the company through the email address they provide and all my emails have come back to me. When I check on my order it is still on its way to Evri.
Judging by all the reviews I'll never see the puppy and have lost my money. This company needs looking into, they must have made thousands of pounds at Christmas, leaving a lot of disappointed children. So annoyed!

I don’t even think this is worth one star. Bought the dog with a website called Avichic. It came and it’s like a £1 battery powered dog that barks and its paws move a small amount (can’t even class it as walking) - absolute disgrace! The nose also came off randomly. For £27!!!!!
