Would give it no stars its a two pound dog you can buy off a stall not worth money its not robotic and its not realistic either please dont buy this rubbish

I placed my order for the robot puppy on December 2024. I stop have not received anything as of February 9 and cannot elicit any response or support from this company TOTAL CROOKS. STAY AWAY!!

I truly believe this company is a total scam. I purchased my product early December 2024 and it’s now March 2025 and I have not received my product. I sent three emails with no response.

Very disappointed I ordered mine December 21st and here we are March 3rd 2025 and not a response from the company what so ever. The email they have listed gets sent back and the reply to the order being processed never response to my request and now I see that they have this milo robotic puppy at walmart stores very frustrated. Them China people took everyone for a ride what a dishonest way to take money. My order is still in process mode they should just take the dang site down. idiots

Like most I too fell for this, I ordered it for my daughter in December as I thought this would be perfect as not allowed a real dog, however from todays date 3/3/25 still nothing, when I look at the tracking it still says in transit. Lesson learned check the reviews first.

Bought one in Dec and as of to day have never received it. Very disappointing to buy one and never heard nothing

I ordered one of the puppies and I ended up with one that had a battery pack that you put in a double a batteries and all it does is walk and bark that is not what I ordered I ordered one that moves like a real puppy runs and walks and can play with you this is a 2-year-old's toy I paid $27 for this piece of s*** and that is a fraud you guys should be ashamed of yourselves for advertising that's false advertisement and I'm talking to the better Business bureau

No star I got caught ordered before Xmas 2024 just found out I was scammed. I’m so angry with myself I always check a company first grrrr

Ordered my MILOW Puppy 12/19/2024. Still waiting, tracked it. And it says it’s processing. I’m done ordering online any more. When I do you can’t tell where it is coming from. Until you purchase it. Then it is too late. I think the Chinese are ripping off the Americans with their bait and switch ads. They are getting rich off of our money. And when and IF you do receive a product it is NOTHING like what is shown in the video. I paid $24.99 for my MILOW Robot Puppy. I just saw an ad for the exact same product for $19.99. Please people STOP falling for their scam. Personally It looks like a real puppy that they use in the ad video anyway. You don’t get a puppy or a refund. This is a bunch of BS. M. Zvara

i paid for 2 puppys 2 weeks before christmas and im still waiting 20th february ive e mailed 4 times and no reply .a complete con this company should be taken to court

ZERO STARS! It's a scam and I fell for it. I saw the cute little dog and wanted it for my mom and did not do my research like I usually do. Their phone number was a tax collection office in Washington state. I looked up the address and it definitely was not a manufacturing plant of any kind. Two and a half months later I'm still waiting for my dog. My credit card company is investigating and I'm sure they're not the only ones. I'm so embarrassed. Pride myself on being skeptical of such things!

I have given this company 1 star in the absence of 0 stars! Do not order a robotic puppy from them. I ordered on the 10th December with advertised delivery within 5 working days - yep, 16th February and still waiting! No response to a multitude of emails, no surprise! Absolute shameful service!!

I'm so disappointed I purchased Milo the robot on Christmas eve. I never received it. Is it on the way or is it lost? Please inquire.

Ordered mine on 12 December still have not received it thank to date they never reply to emails so I contacted my bank and got a full refund they are worse company I have ever come across
