Call themselves Fitody as well. China based company and a total scam. A well advertised scam too, if only I had done my due diligence. If you receive a 'robot puppy' it is a cheap AA battery operated unrealistic small toy dog, that squeaks and turns in circles, worth about $5 if that. I bought through PayPal December 24 and started a dispute via them just after the piece of garbage landed on my doorstep in early January 25. I wasn't at all surprised that Fitody ignored my direct email. With PayPal in the equation they soon responded to my complaint via private email offering a full refund if I post it back (cover postage) or a 30% refund and I can keep it. I chose the latter as I suspect that they would never receive the thing, I would then get nothing and lose another $30 in the bargain. Then a few days later I get a different message from Fitody via the PayPal dispute system offering me a 50% discount or pay for it to be returned for a full refund. I messaged back and said I'd take the 50%. Since then nothing, no repayment has been initiated through PayPal. Having PayPal involved is my only saving grace as I am sure they will get fed up with customers reporting this company to them, ultimately getting their money back under their payback guarantee and this will hopefully stop Fitody trading using PayPal services.

I order 2 on 12/21/24 and today 02/10 still waiting. No response any email. Company like this can not be operating. They still the money from the people thatn trust the advertaising.

They do not fulfill their orders. I placed an order beginning of December 2024 and it's now February 2025 and still not received it. I have emailed several times, which all of them bounced back, I sent messages through their website, no response. Is this a big scammers or what?

I ordered 2 at Christmas. I never received them. They never emailed back, and now when I email it won't go through at all. Scam!

I ordered 2 December 18th and never got them. It still shows order being processed but never out for delivery. I was ripped off. I am filing a fraud claim with my bank

I also placed an order on the 10th of December 24, to date 5th January 25 I’ve still not received my item.
Emails keep bouncing back and I can’t believe you can still order through their dodgy website.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, they are scammers!!

Ordered one in December 2024 but never received anything so £20 out of pocket ordered the puppy for my grandson who is totally devastated.

I ordered this robot puppy on 16th December . Have never received it . How can I get a refund ?

Thieves totally bought one of these dogs 27/12/2024 nothing now 4 February can't even contact this company by email sent back site non existence back to order still nowt (yes I'm Yorkshireman) Conned out of £20 reading loads of other complaints these popped up at Xmas 24 with I belive the sole intention of stealing money from idiots like us 😀 but that's the way of this world 🌎 just put up a clever ad and make cash on false promises or shoddy goods.....interesting how much these have made a few hundred thousand pounds 💷 prats.

I ordered this puppy way back in December, it's been paid for but is processing. I don't have the exact date in December! I have asked at least twice where it is and get nothing back!!! It's wrong and theft!

I ordered 2 puppies one brown and one white on December 9th 2024 its now February 3rd and I have not received them. I’ve sent messages and all I get is they will get back with me soon. SCAM!!!

I believe this company is a scam. Order robotic white puppy and paid $26.oo got tracking number but never received. Waited over 4 weeks then I contacted my credit card company and got back the $26.00. Next time I will check to see if a company is a scam.

I ordered 1 Milow puppy in December 2024. It is now February 2025 and still have not received the Molow puppy. I have written several times with receiving it being undeliverable. Then found the site again with 1 letter changed, but was delivered. I also contacted my bank to get the charges returned to me with no success so far.
As of February 1, 2025, still have not heard back nor delivery of Milow Puppy.

I ordered 2 of these dogs for my grandchildren on 12/16 and they never arrived! I just found the order numbers on an email and am not able to send the email at all since it doesn’t respond when I push “send”. I’ve been scammed just like the rest of you!

Ordered 2 Milows' 2 months ago.....not yet received. Tried emailing the Company but there is no such address!!! My little grandchildren are so disappointed....these people who are scamming people should be put in prison!

They could send the product you ordered. And there email is no longer available. Had to dispute the charges. Could not get in touch with the company

Ordered 17th Dec, its now 30th january - product never received. I tried to email them on the email address provided on my invoice and the email bounced back - its a scam!

Ordered a puppy on dec 22 still have not recieved it. Sent emails , still nothing. I'm not happy. It's jan 28 I'm still waiting

I ordered my robot dog on Dec 16th, 2024. It is now Jan 29th 2025, and still have not received it. According to all the comments I've read here, I would never purchase form this company. Buyers beware.
