Actually zero stars. SCAM!!! DID NOT RECEIVE. CANNOT CONTACT!!!!

I DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW A COMPANY STRAIGHT STEALING FROM CUSTOMERS AND STILL ALLOWED TO ADVERTISE!!! There ad for cute robotic puppies, caught me of course, BUT I never RECEIVED THEM!!! After several attempts of email contact (NOT A PHONE NUMBER TO CALL). I was finally SENT a copy of the invoice of the order, YET still my purchase wasn't delivered or refund issued?!? IF YOU'RE REALLY A COMPANY....

simply a shame ! the video presentation is fake ! the dog is a real one not Milowrobot ! the finish of the product is horrible, ! i will not even give my dog to play for fear that he is poisoned or injured any after-sales service so return impossible of course... this is a big scam this company should be banned and prosecuted for fraud !

I have bought one of these from FITODY LTD whar a load of rubbish. It's awful. Said it was british made but NO it's from China. Cannot even get a refund.
Have learnt my lesson to Never buy from one of these sites again

Horrendous company. Dreadful product, late delivery for Christmas. No response from email asking for a refund.

Do not buy these puppies nothing like the adverts absolutely awful shoddy toys. I bought two for Christmas presents . Minutes after opening one of the puppies it stopped working. Christmas night picked one of them up and it was dangerously hot. Took the batteries out for safety. Iv emailed milowrobotics numerous times with no response. Avoid at all costs

Wow, how did i get captivated from fb advertisement? I should have known better.
Ordered in late November 2024, just received today.
False, misleading deceptive advertising, no box, no USB charge cable or manual included as advertised. Instead it has a battery compartment and missing screw. Actual dog does not match the video at all, video must have been a real dog or AI?
No return contact with company when sent msg.
In other words, @ $26/pop, if they were to sell 10000 of them, that's $260000 revenue and let's just say $2/unit cost. That would be an easy $240000 net profit there or abouts for these shammers! Ok, labor, marketing another $30000. They're still pulling in over $200000! On 10000 units!
Filed with Mastercard dispute for refund. But these Chinese companies should not get away with this fraud. TRUMP is needed for further pressure or pain on China! I would also believe these products are built with recycled material thrown away from North America and shipped over.

My daughter got this as a gift from grandma who was so excited about this realistic robot puppy she saw advertised on Facebook. She believed it was a legit product and felt she’d done her research by reading all the rave reviews on the website. When my daughter opened it to find this horrific looking cheap tiny dog monstrosity with a gaping mouth hole - we were all shocked at how awful it is. We all looked up what grandma got sucked into and felt so bad because she was so excited to give this gift to her 13 year old granddaughter. What a scam. Battery operated squeaky toy. So annoying.

I ordered this robot dog off of a facebook Ad. Huge mistake. First, I was disputing the charge due to the fact that the product never arrived. It came so I canceled the dispute. Another HUGE mistake. This was supposed to be a robot dog that had a USB charger that acts like a real dog. What I received was a dog that I googled you can purchase for $12.95 at walmart by Milow. It is battery operated and is the cheapest thing ever! I tried to contact the company 3x and never got any response. Whatever you do don't buy from this company! You will be sorry.

Ordered over 1 month ago and still waiting, sent e mail only for the address not to be recognised.

Very desapointed with my order! Small, hard plastic "dogs", soo ugly and bad quality! Realistic? Nooo! AT ALL! I bought this as a gift for my little niece who loves dogs! She was very sad! They should be ashamed...

It's been 4 weeks since I ordered from them and I tried contacting them several and no response... If I don't get what I paid for I'm going call my bank about it and try to get my money back. It's a scam.

I bought one of these only to see that this company added an additional $10 fee onto my order (which I did get back) this puppy is NOTHING like what they advertise. It is cheaply made. And quite annoying. BUYER BEWARE you are being scammed.

Review would be a minus, ordered on 17th December still not received and despite numerous attempts to ask for updates, no response! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I order on 19/12/24 , I still didn’t get my order ….. not replying to my emails. I am going to report to my bank… after reading the reviews here I understand that the disappointment about this puppy is huge …. Nothing as described on the website…. Shame …. Definitely tomorrow I am going to report and to fight to get my money back

I was thinking of buying one of these robot dogs but before I do I like to do my research and I'm so glad I came on here because after reading all these comments I don't think I will get one now.
I'm sorry for all the people on here that's been so disappointed.
