i ordered this robot dog very disappointed much smaller than add looks sure it runs wags tail and barks nothing like a dog it doesn't sit and its battery operated not usb had to put complaint in with pay pal as there was no such site to contact they did all the work and the dog finally arrived. when you see the adds on face book it looks entirely different

How can you be so bold to have this app out if you don't want to give people there products. You are a rip off how dare 😭 you. You shouldn't be in business. The better Business bureau and have you changed with fraud

I really wish I found these reviews before I purchase this I ordered a dog on the 21st of December and nothing it's an experiencing the same thing the email is fake they keep sending me back to the main screen on the official website so-called official website that I think the website is fake, when I get to a certain point, and asking me to log in etc

No merchandise no correspondence their email won't send no phone number to call the payment has been taken out of my bank account day after I ordered

I ordered 3 of these well before Christmas, I am still waiting 5 weeks later, I have sent several emails, last one requesting a refund, I have never received an email back. Unprofessional business do not buy from them, quick enough to take my money, absolute scammers

Absolute con. Nothing like the description at all. Came in plastic bag doesn't even do what they say at all cost DO NOT BUY.

Just been reading the above reviews. Unfortunately I also fell for the scam. The dog that arrived is battery operated, not usb. It is identical to the ones you see being sold on the streets while on holiday - cheap! Nothing like the dog advertised. This is a scam website. I have taken this up with my bank as their website is still processing orders!

Ordered 8/12/24 still haven't received order! Contacted them email yesterday still no response. Will contact bank in few days if no answer. Never buying anything from Facebook again😡

I ordered since 12/23/2024, been saying “In process “today is 01/19/2025 still haven’t receive anything. Email won’t go through due to the fake domain. I will definitely contact my bank to point out this fraudulent transaction/Company!

Do not buy from this scam artists. Ordered buy not received anything! No email communication as email doesn't exist. Now in the hands of credit card company. Best not to buy anything off Facebook or Instagram as can't be trusted!

I wish i had looked here before i ordered 2 puppies on 17th december i have emailed several times with no response im still waiting on deluvery and its now19th of january i dont hold out much hope probably a scam i feel so stupid being sucked in

RIP OFF!!!!! Ordered 2 puppies on here on December 16th 2024, now we're January 19th 2025 and still no order has been received or even in transit. The money was taken out right away. I've tried their contact 4 or 5 times with no response. You cant email them cause theres no domain. This is a joke. Do NOT order from this place.

Everything went wrong they sent me a battery dogs and pull it in USB charger and the dog don't do nothing at all very disappointed like you all they do not answer please y'all let's contact the BBB ASAP. No answer no refund.

Ordered a puppy on 23/12/2024 and I am still waiting for the delivery. I have messaged two or three times but haven't had a response.

Got in touch with my credit card suppler. They said to post the folling message on their web site (contact us) and on the email I recieved. They will then contact be again and if I have not recieved a reply they can claim the money back for me. The Dog I ordered was not what I received. I want it replaced with the dog I ordered or my money back. Please arrange pick up of the toy you sent at a mutually acceptable date and deliver the one I ordered or refund my £19.99 I ordered on the 1st December arrived 29th December, 25 days late. Nothing like how the website shows and describe it. It doesn't come in a box with an usb charge lead or manual. It does not perform in the way it is described. And it is a different size and stance. Bought 2 puppies, took month and half to arrive and when they did they are nothing like what was advertised. They do not respond to emails asking for refund. Do not order from them

Do not buy these toy dogs, they are cheap and nasty, not USB charged, don't run,walk, sit and bark, they move forward and backward and squeak, nothing like a real dog !!!

Ordered on 9th December 2023.... 2 puppies ....nothing heard....will give it 2 more weeks as waited 5 weeks now for delivery....after that l will contact BBC TV fraud investigation squad....should make some good TV as they never fail to get a result
