would not even give a star if could get away with it.company is either rubbish or very very rude ordered on 12dec and still saying in transit.i have been in contact with them through their contact form but have never had a reply from them. got them for my four yrs old autistic grandson as he doesn't know how to react with my dog so so upset.this company has let him down .I'm still hoping as so many good reviews

I too am so disappointed. Ordered in December and said item would be shipped within 3 days. January 16th and nothing. How can they advertise something that seemed like a great toy and most reviews from people who actually received the dog say it's crap? If I ever receive my order and am happy I will rewrite my review!

I too ordered 2 puppies from this company, on December 9th, 2004. It’s now January 16th and still no sign of them. I’ve sent 2 emails but have not received a reply.

Scam. Taken the money straight away but still not received product which was ordered 10 th December. Apparently you either don’t receive or receive inferior product. Tried to get my money back but can’t.

Ordered after an advert on Facebook on the 9th of December as my daughter wanted this toy. Now the 15th of Jan and still not received anything, still showing on the tracker as in transit.. But not holding out for it turning up and by the sounds of it maybe just aswell as its sounds like it's not as described, no return on emails sent.. Just sorry I have wasted the money which could have got something else.

Complete Scam! Ordered 2 of these robotic pups 12/21/24 received a shipping confirmation on 12/23/24 and here it is 1/14/25 no delivery no progress on the shipping still says processing. Sent an email which came back non-deliverable there had to be someone to contact regarding this fraudulent company to have them investigated and whoever is behind it arrested!

Still waiting ordered at the beginning of December emailed them a week ago and still no reply

I ordered this product on 12/23/24. They emailed me confirmation and immediately took the $26 for pmt. I didn’t hear from them until 2 weeks later to say it was delayed. I contacted them by email and their website several times to cancel and give me a refund and all came back undeliverable. This company is a fraud. I lost $26 for a product I never received. Let this b a warning to not deal with these ppl. I lost out.

Just never received it and can't get a honest response from seller except to keep saying it's on its way wich is a complete lie

I'm pretty sure I have, like many others, been scammed. I ordered on 12-16-2024 for my husband's birthday. We recently lost our dog, and I was hoping to put a smile on his face. I must have sent 6 emails to them and have not heard a word from them!!!!

Ordered this for my grandson and never received it. No response when contacted and web site shutdown. List my money don't buy!!!!

This company is a fraud I bought one of these dogs back on December 9th and still have not received it and have sent 3 or 4 emails and have been told that the domain could not be found.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! THEY IGNORE ALL EMAILS AND TAKE FOREVER TO UPDATE ANY TRACKING INFORMATION!!!!!! SINCERELY A HIGHLY PISSED OFF CONSUMER.

Ordered December 23rd 2024. It is now January 12th 2025. Haven't received product since then. Requested my money back through the contact information given and still nothing.
