Milowrobotics 

Complete scam. I bought this thinking it could give me a little comfort after the sudden death of my real pup. I was disgusted to say the least. I can't return it as I can't find the return address. I have contacted trading standards. I have also sent this company over 10 emails, non of which have been answered.

I ordered two dogs paid nearly 40.00 for something I could have bought for 2.99 they are rubbish to say the least the company needs investigating and money back to customers I waited a month for them no box's and its Certainly false advertising don't buy from this company I emailed 3 Times no reply

I came to this site because there are 5Star reviews on the Milowrobotics site from Trustpilot.
Did they scam you too??

Should be 0 but you have to put 1 , still waiting for ours , keep messaging them and nobody replies , or the contact email address doesn't work , what a scam , I hope whoever set this scam up , suffers for the rest of their lives , there must be thousands of kids out there that are upset because of it .

Scam, cheap, no box, total misrepresentation. Don’t buy!!!

It can improve by delivering customers the items that they are selling , instead of taking our money and not providing us with the items ordered ,

All of the reviews is exactly what happened to me. This is not a legitimate company. The website and email come back not deliverable. When I try to contact the on their page it will not go through.

I too have been scammed. i ordered on 12/9/24 haven't seen anything. But i guess they get 5 stars for their hefty robbery intake. I mean just on these reviews alone are 591 some with multiple orders that's well over 20,000 and counting!!

I ordered this the day before Christmas and haven't received it yet, Jan 11, 25. Thinking I was scammed!

BEWARE! I would be happy if I'd bought this from a dollar store or paid under $3.00. Waited 3 months for delivery and can't contact the company. It's no better than a wind up toy. NOT USB CHARGEABLE, NOT ROBOTIC, NO BOX, NO INSTRUCTIONS (not that you need them, it's a cheap on/off switch). Can't they be stopped from ripping people off? I regret not reading the reviews first.

It should be zero stars - ordered this puppy before Christmas and it turned up in January. It didn’t come in a box, was 2 inches smaller than advertised, no instructions, no charging cable, it doesn’t bark, sit or anything else apart from squeak. This company is a rip off company - they don’t reply to any messages. Very disappointed to say the least

Crooks. Any company using Sheridan Wyoming as an address is highly likely to be fraudulent based on my personal experience. Must be the laws of Wyoming help them hide their identity.

As others I haven't received anything from them . I ordered 3 well before Xmas. I haven't heard anything from them .Robbery with silence.

Rubbish! Still not received goods, cannot contact them, only gave them one star as no option to give them a minus. Took my money as soon as I ordered, paid on credit card so 🤞I will get a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!

Never received my order and no response from the company after multiple attempts to contact.

I finally received my 2 dogs I ordered but after new years. 1 doesn't work at all, it just grinds. The other 1 walks and squeaks but not like it is supposed to. It also is not rechargeable, it runs on batteries. I've been trying to contact them for a new replacement for the one that doesn't work but no response. The child does like the one that works so that is a good point. The hair is more like straw than hair. Still trying to get a replacement.

Your message wasn't delivered to because the domain couldn't be found. Check for typos or unnecessary spaces and try again. That GOT DAM EMAIL @ THE BOTTOM FAKE!!!!!!!! ON THE PHONE WITH MY BANK TO REFUND MY MONEY BACK TO From THIS SCAM.

I am waiting for my order for far to long!!! And I am having trouble tracking it. I only wish I had looked at the reviews before I ordered it I'm supposed to get 3 of these puppies I have a Mom and Dad with Alzheimer's that I'm taking care of and the puppies are for them.

Rubbish company. Ordered 10 Dec still not arrived. Customer service nonexistent, How can such a company be allowed to trade.
