Our MindBody Senior Customer Success Manager, David Zarate, provided exceptional service and went above and beyond to advocate for our small business, Blue Canoe Yoga.

David took the time to understand the unique needs of our business and guided us through the Attentive setup process with patience and expertise. Rather than offering a one-size-fits-all solution, he listened carefully to our goals, helped us identify the features that would best support our growth, and ensured we felt confident using the platform.

He then successfully helped secure a reduced fee structure, making the platform much more accessible for us to help grow our clientele. David's ongoing support and advocacy to secure a more affordable pricing structure demonstrated a genuine commitment to our success as a small business.

Just finished part of the onboarding process. Pam was extremely helpful - walking me through the platform and answering my questions. She always made sure to remind me that I could just email her with any other questions or concerns.

In 2024 we signed up for a subscription…

In 2024 we signed up for a subscription with MindBody Online based on an initial interview that suggested the software would meet our needs. When we realized it would not meet our needs we attempted to cancel. However we were informed we were locked into a year contract and we would have to continue to pay the subscription fee for a year. We agreed. After a year, our subscription still did not cancel. It has now been another year. I have tried to cancel multiple times with no response to either email or chat or phone call. Finally today I was able to speak with a human, they submitted a "request" for cancellation. Informing me that if I did not follow all steps, it may not be cancelled. So for almost two years MindBody Online has enjoyed our monthly subscription fee (over $100) a month with no help/support/remorse, etc... I cannot recommend this company if you are a small business.

Gustavo was great to work with!

Gustavo was great to work with! I was given clear objectives at the start of each session, but we also took the time we needed to customize each session to my specific needs. Gustavo was flexible with the lessons, and added just the right amount of humor to keep me at ease. I was consistently checked with to insure that I understood what we had just done and to see if my needs were being met. Finally, I felt heard when I asked questions or stated preferences. Gustavo was patient, supportive and non-judgemental. Great job!
