I would like to thank Cornelius Milimu for his outstanding support and training with Mindbody. He was professional, patient, and very knowledgeable throughout the entire setup process.

Cornelius took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and helped ensure that my clinic was set up correctly and efficiently. His guidance made the onboarding process much easier and gave me confidence in using Mindbody for my business.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. The customer service was poor, unhelpful, and frustrating to deal with whenever I needed assistance. The entire process was inconvenient and did not meet my expectations.

Unfortunately, I did spend money on this service, and I regret doing so. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend trying the free trial before committing to a paid subscription or purchase. I wish I had done that first.

Overall, I felt that the service did not provide the value or support that was promised, and I would not recommend it to others.

Onboarding is going really well

Onboarding is going really well. I have used Mindbody before but so much has changed. Still not 100% I'm using it to its best, but we are definitely getting there.

We had a really good experience with Maree helping set up our Attentive systems. Maree was very helpful and thorough, leaving us feeling that we can continue to manage it ourselves. For this experience we can't fault the customer service!

Unnecessary Upselling and Unethical…

Unnecessary Upselling and Unethical Marketing Strategies
Overall, the software works well. However, there are constant attempts by the company's "Account Executives" to upsell you into a package you don't need, which is concerning. My last call with MB to discuss getting things like widgets included in my current website package turned into an attempt to get me to upgrade to a package that includes features my business doesn’t need or would never use.

The Account Executive didn't listen to anything I said, as evidenced by her asking me several questions that had already been answered in my explanation of my business. They also didn't seem to care at all about my brand or mission, since it doesn't involve subscriptions or mass classes and is built more on healing and holding space for those recovering from trauma.

I believe marketing should include a full understanding of the company's brand, followed by promoting it in ways that are in alignment with the company's mission statement and core values. Instead of support in doing this, I was met with indifference and an attitude that I should prioritize money and profit over my clients' healing.

Disappointing. I guess my $200/month subscription and almost $1500/year insurance policy aren't enough for this company to easily provide the tools I already have and continue to pay for. I was talked over and dismissed when I said, "I would think" about the upgrade. Pretty comical and ironic situation when MB preaches to you about how amazing their software is at tracking client retention. I am currently exploring new software and insurance options for when my contract expires

Thank you to Jesus for a smooth and quick set up process. He structured the onboarding in a very logical way, introducing the most important aspects of the platform in the first meeting and then using the next two for specific questions. He was patient, knowledgable and seemed genuinely interested in helping me get the most out of the software. I also received excellent support from Julien on the Payments side, who was responsive throughout the setup process and troubleshooting some registration issues. Overall, really happy with the experience, including the speed and support from the onboarding team!
