I am new to building my small business on this platform but my Onboarding trainer Stephannie was so amazing and so very helpful. I felt hesitant to make my switch but with her guidance I feel ready to launch my business on Minbody. I am thankful for my time with Stephannie and rest of the team helping me!

I signed up a couple months ago and I haven’t gotten anybody to connect with, to get my website set up, until just a couple weeks ago. The process is really slow, and I’m not getting very much value from joining MINDBODY.

Mindbody has been extremely frustrating and confusing for months. While the system is generally great, it doesn't meet the needs of all gyms, especially our particular gym and wellness center model. Although their customer support is friendly, the solutions provided by agents often vary and lead to more confusion. It's like playing a lottery, trying to find an agent who understands our specific needs.

However, I finally hit the jackpot with a support agent named Adil from Sheffield, England. He went above and beyond in understanding our requirements and provided the solutions we had been seeking for months. Adil was patient, well-versed in the Mindbody system, and consistent in his support, making necessary changes on our end smoothly. Mindbody should recognize Adil's exceptional service, as his approach is exactly how all agents should treat clients, especially those in need of consistency.

Adil and the initial support person were both very helpful. Adil, in particular was very patient and thoughtful as he helped find a creative solution that worked for the MINDBODY software and was user friendly for my business and clients. Thank you, Adil! 5 stars!

Find Another Software Option

We engaged this company for advertisement and exposure. The sales rep, Michael Hocker, set a call which he did not show up to stating that he could not figure the time zone difference. Once we did finally meet via a call, he went through the process failing to disclose that they require a 12 month commitment. I realized this about an hour after signing the contract and immediately requested cancellation (time stamp two hours from when I signed the contract). This request was ignored for several weeks and my card was charged the initial and subsequent fees.
Please DO NOT trust this company as I have spoken with two other business owners who have used them and have had very negative experiences.

Juliana was well-informed and prepared. Answered all of our questions and followed up with more information based on our discussions. We are happy to be working with her.

Evan is an excellent trainer. He has been incredibly patient and supportive as I navigate my limited computer and marketing experience. His guidance has helped us get on track with the marketing tools available through Mindbody, and he always takes the time to ensure I understand the process. I'm excited to continue learning and look forward to our next training session.

Adam K's guidance during our recent subscription upgrade was outstanding! His thorough understanding and knowledge of the systems was evident through his teaching and support to utilise the new Attentive & Lead Management tools.
