I am new to building my small business…

I am new to building my small business on this platform but my Onboarding trainer Stephannie was so amazing and so very helpful. I felt hesitant to make my switch but with her guidance I feel ready to launch my business on Minbody. I am thankful for my time with Stephannie and rest of the team helping me!

Poor customer service

I signed up a couple months ago and I haven’t gotten anybody to connect with, to get my website set up, until just a couple weeks ago. The process is really slow, and I’m not getting very much value from joining MINDBODY.

Costumer service jackpot…finally

Mindbody has been extremely frustrating and confusing for months. While the system is generally great, it doesn't meet the needs of all gyms, especially our particular gym and wellness center model. Although their customer support is friendly, the solutions provided by agents often vary and lead to more confusion. It's like playing a lottery, trying to find an agent who understands our specific needs.

However, I finally hit the jackpot with a support agent named Adil from Sheffield, England. He went above and beyond in understanding our requirements and provided the solutions we had been seeking for months. Adil was patient, well-versed in the Mindbody system, and consistent in his support, making necessary changes on our end smoothly. Mindbody should recognize Adil's exceptional service, as his approach is exactly how all agents should treat clients, especially those in need of consistency.

Find Another Software Option

Find Another Software Option

We engaged this company for advertisement and exposure. The sales rep, Michael Hocker, set a call which he did not show up to stating that he could not figure the time zone difference. Once we did finally meet via a call, he went through the process failing to disclose that they require a 12 month commitment. I realized this about an hour after signing the contract and immediately requested cancellation (time stamp two hours from when I signed the contract). This request was ignored for several weeks and my card was charged the initial and subsequent fees.
Please DO NOT trust this company as I have spoken with two other business owners who have used them and have had very negative experiences.

Sarah Turner is a brilliant trainer!

This review is specifically for Sarah Turner who was responsible for my Marketing Suite training.
She is amazing! Very thorough and clear. She led the sessions very patiently and answered all my questions.
