Very poor service. They said it was a UK supplier then it turned out to be from China. Still haven't received my order or any communication from them having tried several times to contact them

Don’t use them ever!

Ordered a wall canvas on 14th April, costing £45. Emailed 3 times directly and once via their trouble ticket system, taking me up to today's date (24th May 2020) with zero correspondence. Company failed to inform me or update of any tracking number. Company took money without ever sending the parcel, yet after raising a trouble ticket today they have instantly solved the ticket. Paid with Amazon pay and requested a full refund. Understand if there are barriers during covid 19 restrictions to a business, however keep customers informed if you're going to take their money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Item never arrived. When I emailed they didnt respond. Do not order from here.

I would give it 0 stars if I could. Never received order. After numerous emails and waiting for a month I contacted PayPal and 2 hours later I got a refund.

Ordered 2 phone cases on 5th may . Still no delivery. Emailed them and got a reply saying i had a new ticket ? And that is it. no other communication no information of delivery, nothing . Ended up ordering from another site and got delivery of items in less than 5 days ......dont waste your money folks

Ordered back at the end of March. Have been more than patient with the ongoing crisis but this is crazy. I still have not received my item. I think this company is possibly a scam. There has been no response from 4 emails and the item delivery code I was sent says “in transit”. I’m really shocked there has been no message from the company. I would tell anyone to stay away from buying from them.

Ordered item 27th April and it still hasn't arrived, after being told I would get tracking details within 5 days. Money taken and only response to my emails was a ticket request acknowledgement which they have done nothing with since. Do not use this company!

Same experience as others. This company is NOT UK based. I placed an order over 7 weeks ago (apparently from China?!) which never arrived.

Got my webcam at a time when no one else could get them just had to wait a bit guess we have to be a bit patient now a days

Given a fake tracking number after chasing and chasing.... DO NOT USE THIS SITE

Like the many other people that have left reviews, I am disgusted with the services and would say this is the worst online shopping experience I have ever had.

Their policy said up to 7 days and then they change their policy online to say 30 days after I had waited for 2, also it stated it would be coming from Liverpool but of course, that was also a lie! it came from china 4 weeks late with a customs charge I was responsible for!

Apparently they have given their warehouse to the NHS to store PPE which is absolute rubbish! They hold no stock at all! they place their orders with cheap china warehouses once the customer order via their website and profit from the cream off the top! that would be fine if they were honest about the stock location and delivery charge.

Since I've shopped with minty melon (Wrongfruit), I have had 2-3 calls a day which sound like the same lady but gives a different name every time either asking about an accident I once had, new phone updates and a false HRMC (Which was confirmed that it was fraudulent) I am certain they have shared my details with a cold call company as the same thing had happened to my brother that also ordered from them.

Don't be tempted by the competitive prices as I CAN PROMISE YOU IT'S NOT WORTH IT!

I ordered an item on the 19th April with delivery stated within 5-7 days. I expected a slight delay due to covid19 but we are now on 12th may and nothing! Raised a case with PayPal due to recieving no response from this dodgy company and what do you know, they have responded with tracking details - from China expected end of June! So, I'm now patiently waiting for my refund because I know the item will not arrive. I'm always quite dubious of using unfamiliar websites to purchase goods but given the good (fake) reviews on their website I thought why not! Never again, wish I would have checked on here first Don't buy from these cowboys , major scammers!

Disgusting! Ordered something 4 weeks ago, delivery should have been 5/7 days, still nothing. Ordered for sons birthday. Emailed them and got a reply saying been posted, and changed postage till 6-8 weeks, then no reply for weeks. Don’t waste your money as ignore emails.

I have tried to contact via email no reply on an order I ordered a while ago....no tracking to see where it is, money gone via paypal thank God. No reply. It is absolutely disgusting. Contact me and let me know where my order is please.

From my point of view this company is a waste of money. It is a scam and the good reviews are fake.

Never use this company. They do not reply to your emails and do not fulfil the requested refund even though I have an email saying it had been done. They are just liars and cheats.

I ordered but shortly after checked out reviews and became absolutely certain I had been scammed because of the obvious bot 5 star reviews and 1 star warnings... I ordered a Disney cars toy for my son and tried to cancel the order immediately before they took my money.

They told me it was too late to cancel... I've been scammed, bugger.

Forgot all about it and 4 days later the car turned up with Myhermes. The whole thing seems sketchy but I can't fault the service based on my experience. The item arrived before the payment cleared my account.

Just be careful what you buy I guess as it all appears to come from different suppliers and dealers like an amazon store.

Non arrival of Web Cam. They had my purchase because it was 'in Stock'!! IN stock in China apparently. I regard that as misinformation. 35 days later I have no webcam, no answers to my letter and no refund. Absolute rubbish -DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I ordered a print on the 18th April to be delivered as a present from a company I thought was based in liverpool. I then got email telling me the delivery is coming from China and should arrive mid May to beginning of June. I paid by PayPal and they returned my money.
