I really wish I'd seen the reviews for this company before I ordered (what looked like a lovely) poster from them! It took ages for it to arrive, the quality was really poor (stretched image which ruined it!). The customer services are awful! It took me three phone calls and two emails only to be told they can't give a full refund unless I return the item to China, provide a tracking ref. and request refund for the delivery charge through PayPal!! Avoid this company at all costs!!

Total scam Company called Prize Plums Cannot return for a full refund, you have to pay to return to China and it works out as much as the goods cost. Avoid this scam company.

He is based in UK but basically you're paying him for the privilege of ordering something from China for you. Avoid this scammer.

Avoid this website like the plague.... I ordered a phone case (with them saying it was coming from the UK...) it didn't arrive and the tracking clearly showed it was in China and had been returned to sender. Contacted the company and was told I would get a full refund.... which never came. They must make a fair amount of money scamming people out of £10/£20 here and there. They should be shut down

Received order (bedroom wall spiderman sticker) but it was not well packaged and arrived with a crease down the middle. It is poor quality and within 30 minutes of being applied to the wall it had started peeling away so I've had to stick it with some glue. Looks good though and was cheap so I am happy with it overall.

Terrible service. I'd written off the £20 I'd spent on an item but it eventually turned up nearly 3 months later. The tracking information is a joke. After having received the item, I get an email 2 months later saying the tracking number has changed! Avoid Minty Melons at all costs.

Scam? I did not received my order! It has been over 3 months so I think I have enough patience for any covid delay. They promised to refund one month ago but I didn't receive it yet....... I did think the product looks good and I want to receive them. Please refund if you can't deliver.

item not as described ordered a smart phone cover turned up 2weeks late tried to communicate with them and got told my my ticket was resolved/finalised. item was prob off the wish website avoid buying waste of time and effort

This would be zero if that was possible. Order not received, I raised an issue which they finalised as resolved without doing anything or communicating with me. Still nothing received 2 months later, no tracking info or delivery date given. Daylight robbery they should be done for fraud

Awful company! not received package! Will Never use them again and there customer service is even worse.. claim to be based in the uk but nothing advertised about the incredibly long delay from CHINA! Don’t buy from them

Makes out is based in the uk but actually drop shipping from China. Prepare for shoddy quality and 4 week wait

Not sure why these reviews are so bad? I've had nothing but a positive experience with this company! It's free delivery so can't really complain about the delivery time, and the items are brilliant quality!!
The item I bought more than exceeds my expectations :) delivery wasn't as long as I was expecting either. All my cards are secure and they don't fall out of it so every penny worth spent in my opinion :)

Like many I wish I’d read the reviews first! Lengthy lead time not referred to at all in either advert or invoice. I did get replies to emails, but politician’s answers prevailed, I.e. my questions weren’t answered. Item arrived eventually. Not too bad quality but not worth the price!

Would give them minus stars but I cannot.
My product was advertsed as Disney Pixar, it did not come in a box and was broken when it arrived, it also looked nothing like the real article.
I wish I had seen all the reviews before purchasing.

Wish I'd read reviews first before purchasing, bought baby gift for a friend the baby will be 1 month old by the time by parcel is even dispatched. Clearly not a Liverpool department store. Very disappointed, dread to think what my order will be like if it turns up !!!

Also why does this company not reply to defend themselves at such poor customer service .... clearly doesn't want to clear their name!!!!

Fraudsters. I ordered a knife, it didn't arrive and i contacted them. No answer. Then sent me to a tracking site that didn't work.

Claim to be a large trading company but if you go to Company house and look at their accounts they are a one man band operating out of a lock up unit.

Ordered a flower hoop 55 days ago, still not here even thought the site said quick shipping.

Ordered a mobile phone case. Awful quality and buttons didn't line up on the phone. Case now in the bin. Although a Liverpool company I know it would be a waste of time sending back as from China.
In future I will be looking at Trust Pilot reviews before I purchase online again, especially Facebook as most comes from China.

Ordered posters from Minty Melons and they source from China company and terrible quality so returned and i had to pay postage which cost £20 to return to China. Read the small print, They wouldnt refund the return postage so lost £20

Ordered a hat. Supposedly in stock. I got a delivery email with a tracking number two days later. 7 days later I looked at the tracking number to see that this U.K. stock is presently in China, where it has spent about a week being passed between airlines and cargo companies. Latest delivery estimate - another 3 weeks.
I’m wondering if I will have to pay import duty too.
Deliberately misleading - I suspect this is a drop shipper.
