I ordered case on 20th of april i send two messages no answer no contact....no case and is 2nd of june....forget it...only good it was £9...

Very bad experience. I wished I had read the reviews before and stayed well clear of this. Item not received. Plenty of time wasted chasing it. Minty Melons is at best disfunctional, but probably a scam.

SCAM SCAM SCAM. I echo all the negative reviews, ordered item 21st April and it still says its in China, no doubt will never receive it. Raising a dispute with Paypal

I wish I could put a negative 5! I urge you to avoid this business, kinda have a feeling that it's a scam company. I believe most of the positive reviews are probably created by the owners.
I ordered a phone case nearly 2 months ago. I called after 2 weeks and was told it would take 16-18 days since order. So I was patient because of the pandemic and gave them 20 days. Call them again and was told that it will be with me the following week. Waited and got nothing. Called again and asked for a refund which I never got.

Should have read the reviews before ordering. It has been over a month since I placed an order and I still haven’t received it because they put the wrong address. Contacted them to ask for a refund over a week ago and I still haven’t heard from them! PLEASE RESPOND!

I was stupid enough to not look at reviews before ordering from the minty melons website. 15th of April I ordered , expected delivery 25th of May, (which is ridiculous in itself as I ordered from here under the impression they shipped from the UK), STILL no parcel and from the tracking information - shows it is still in China!!! I am absolutely appalled and will be expecting a full refund. While reading these reviews I can see I’m not the only one with this experience.

Totally rubbish and look like fraud company. Bought a webcam from them which came with poor quality and faulty product. I spoke to Mr Asim who is one of the manager I believe . 3 times I phoned and he picked up. I requested him to arrange a return and refund. First day he offered me 50% discount. I was disagreed . 2nd and 3rd day He also offered me same and then he said he will send return label. But now almost 3 weeks . No collection or refund made. I phone today. They do not pick up phone. So be aware of them.

Awful. Ordered on the 8th of May, it’s now the end of May and I’ve rang up and been told my order was cancelled however money has been taken out and I’ve had no contact to tell me this, then I get the call ended on me! Awful

Exactly as previous reviewer, non existent customer service, ordered product nearly 2 month's ago as it said was in stock, only to then find out it was in stock in China, tracking information of little or no use, tried to contact Minty Melons via their support site and also via phone with no response.

Requested refund, although suspect I'll not hear anything, so will then need to speak with my credit card people...

Do not buy anything from them. Customer service does not exist and have waited over a month and not one response. No idea on delivery will now ask paypal to refund.

Whish I could leave a minus 1000000 review!! Ordered a gift for a friend's birthday at the end of March, the product is still yet to be seen!! I chased this several times with incorrect tracking information provided and confirmation it would be going on a new shipment etc, still never arrived. Site has a policy whereby if you havent received the product within 30 days you will get a full refund and can keep the item when it finally arrives. I called to execute this right only to deal with an argumentative staff member. They eventually said they would pass my refund request to the accounts team, 2 days later on the 6th of May I received an email confirmation of my refund. Unsurprisingly the refund has not reached my account. I have called now 3 times to chase this up, first time successfully speaking to someone who said they would again pass this back to the accounts team but still no monies are to be seen!! The further calls have only reached voicemail and I have had no return contact. I've also raised a ticket on their website and still not heard anything!! My advice would be to never order from this company!! I feel it is likely to be a huge scam or the products fake when they finally arrive!! I will be taking all action I can against them and to stop people from being treated the same way I have been and to try and get my money back!!

2 phone cases ordered 04/05/2020. As off 27/05 still mothing delivered. I have emailed minty melons and wrongfruits and no reply.
I have called them to be held on a queue then after a while it just goes to an answering machine.
Really poor service and no information to tell you what is happening.

When ordering the phone case it wasn't made clear the product was being shipped from China. Despite being ordered a month in advance, the product hadn't arrived by the recipients birthday. In fact, weeks later they are still waiting for their present.
Tracking information in Chinese, so not easy to see where the package is - last update was 7 May 2020 (3 weeks ago). Still not arrived - ordered 10 April.
Regret using minty melons.

This company is an absolute joke. I ordered an item from them in early April, for which they have taken the money. They failed to deliver it 1st time round so I complained and requested a re-delivery. we're now another 3 weeks in and nothing has been delivered. This lot are a bunch of charlatans. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY...

Ordered a phone case on 04/05/2020, finally received item 20/05/20.
Although packed superbly in a bubble case, the screen was smashed.
Rang customer services next day and reported , asked for photo evidence which I provided via email immediately.
As yet no confirmation of receipt or any feedback whatsoever.

Zero stars. Ordered an item 3rd April s as nd it’s still not arrived. Emailed for a refund of £24 which they promised they had done but they haven’t. Keep trying to call and email but no reply. It’s a SCAM. DO NOT USE

I would give 0 stars if posible , they claim to be a Uk company but they ship from china and obviously you find that out after you press check out . Shame on you to lie to so many people .
