Ordered on 11/10 for daughters birthday a mirror costing £60, and today the 17/11 I received a roll of sellotape!! I have taken this up with my bank, funny now how their website has disappeared and how they’ve disappeared on the shop app as well, no answers to emails, no refund no nothing!! One massive scam and left with one heartbroken daughter!! Horrid horrid people!!!

This is a scam. Mirror never arrived. Contacted my bank to reverse the payment.

Order #2064. Ordered 4 weeks ago - no sign of the mirror. No reply to any update requests whatsoever. I will be reporting them to a police shortly.

Like others have said, we have also been scammed by this company. We ordered a £60 mirror, and instead of the mirror arriving, a random tiny moon sticker showed up - which I only now realise was from mirrors worldwide after reading other reviews. After numerous messages to their customer services, it now seems their website has also disappeared.

Why no zero rating? This is a scam company. I ordered my mirror a month ago and they keep telling me on their tracking site that it is in transit, like forever!!! But it's a lie! I went to their site and it says it doesn't exist anymore. It wasn't like that some days ago.
But do call your bank to get a refund. Let them know about your story and they refunded back to me immediately in a nutshell and this is after a month of purchase. Hope you guys get your money back !

Scam!!! Do not buy from here. They said they shipped my order but I have not received it in 4 months. I have opened a dispute with Klarna, they never replied to my emails and now the website has been removed.

It's frustrating that there's no 0 star option. It's clear that Mirrors Worldwide is a scam company and I'm gutted I didn't check the reviews before hand. The product is a no-show and the company doesn't respond. Their company address looks suss too. You'll lose your money, so just don't do it.

Scam company. Avoid!!! I ordered a mirror on 22/09/2023 which was supposed to be delivered within 14 days. The company is registered in Bolton , UK , so I thought it would be ok. After two weeks + with no communication or shipping confirmation from them, I emailed and called several times, but had no reply. I then contacted my credit card company who have refunded me with a charge back. After that happened I did actually get a tracking number from MW, however 7 weeks later I still have no mirror and the tracking info has now not changed for over two weeks. And I too have now received a random tiny moon sticker in the post. I had no idea where this had come from, but having read several other reviews, I now know that it is from Mirrors Worldwide. Absolute scammers.

Total scam… please do not waste your money and if you still want to, consider giving it to a good cause instead of these pirates. I should have done my research but didn’t. I ordered my mirror months ago and it still hasn’t arrived. I don’t think it will now despite occasionally being informed it’s coming. Please keep your money.

So their Instagram account has now been deleted; unfortunately I came across the social media after my purchase. When I saw it was being delivered by Evri and not Royal Mail - as the website said it would I became suspicious. I was not greeted by a mirror when I arrived home but a small roll of double sided cello tape for china had been posted through the letterbox!
Luckily I paid with Klarna and have sent screenshots to them and everything is now under investigation and my payment has been paused…goodluck to anyone else who has been scammed. Contact bank/Klarna asap

Promised to be "delivered within 14 days", it wasn't "processed" until 14/10/23.
In this time I messaged multiple times to get "we're overwhelmed with orders and will be with yours shortly" type responses.
Was EVENTUALLY given a tracking number, and after about a week of waiting for any kind of update, I watched it leave China (I was under the impression it was a UK company.)
Today 08/11/23 I called Royal Mail to find out where my parcel was, as according to tracking, they had it. My 180cm/80cm mirror went missing. How? Because the "mirror" weighed 9 grams. yup 9 GRAMS. not sure how a mirror of that size could weigh 9 grams.
I have now reached out to the company to ask WHY and HOW my Large mirror is so light and could go missing.

If you like me, were hoping they were just useless at customer service and hoping it wasn't a scam.. sorry to disappoint you. It's a scam.

Website looks legit, get a legit tracking number too. Ordered 5th october, after 14days I emailed and they basically said be patient, I emailed again and they just ignore me now. Have requested money back from my bank, fingers crossed. Fuming I didn't see the trust pilot reviews before ordering!!

18th Nov I received a parcel with some glow in the dark selotape from this seller. No mirror, just useless tape

Terrible company don’t waste your time. They’re not based in the UK like their website leads you to believe. They also say 14 day delivery which is a lie. It took them 16 days to even process and fulfil my order. Then you have to wait for your item to be shipped from China via the slowest delivery method possible. I ordered in October and now I have an estimated delivery date of mid December. Don’t waste your time. They also just copy and paste their customer service emails. They had no mention of customs fees in their reply to my email about customs fees so I’m looking forward to paying that too

Ordered a mirror on 12th October still not arrived.
Tracking not updates for the last 6 days, poor communication. Scam do not use!

I placed an order - but then the prices seemed too good to be true then did my research and I attempted to cancel within 5minutes of placing the order, didn't get a reply for ages, then they said my order had already been placed so they can't cancel, even though the 'terms and conditions' say you can change your mind in a certain time period and i was in this time period. I contacted my bank to try and get the transaction cancelled, looks like my bank has refunded me temporarily but I'm not sure what will happen once it is investigated. I have received a tracking number but hasn't updated since the 26th of October and seems to be stuck in Belgium but looking at the reviews - seems like i will receive a sticker. All the positive reviews on here are clearly fake, just please don't buy anything from this website. It is100% a scam.
