Mirrors Worldwide 

Ordered a mirror on the 9th October website stated they’re based in Bolton which is misleading upon the item being shipped it stated it was located in China and when I contacted the customer service they advised they keep their stock in China. It’s now been past the 14 days shipping date and I have no idea where the item is no one will respond to my emails and there’s no way you can ring them. So I think I’ve been scammed cause I can’t even request a refund. Going to the financial ombudsman hoping they will give me legal advice.

Ordered 29th September and not received item. Initially responded to messages and have been sent tracking information from both china and Italy.
They are now not responding to any messages.
I believe this may be a scam. Do not order!

I purchased a mirror in September, I waited a little longer than 2 weeks for it to arrive. Then received a moon sticker. Raising the dispute with the bank. Clearly a scam.

I ordered a mirror being neive towards the extremely cheap price label.
Stupidly did some research after I purchased the item and oddly had only been a registered company for 22 days.

I found a report explaining the dangers and probability of being scammed on a site called 'webparanoid' go check it out as it gives alot of useful information.

From there I requested a refund on their chat and informed them of their website being known as a scamming site.
Fortunately I did receive my money back.

However, i had a package delivered today and it was a tiny little glow in the dark moon sticker.
I got my money back, and a free sticker.
I think I won this one 😂

This is a scam! I too received a sticker of a planet as opposed to the mirror. Do not order!

Do not order! 7 weeks of waiting and lies, eventually cancelled and refunded by bank.
All 5 star reviews are bots.

I stupidly took the odd 5 star reviews as kosha and ordered a full size metal framed mirror just over a month ago. When I emailed to ask for any form of ETA, I did infact get a reply which was polite, letting me know it was 14 working days and it was on its way. When this time came I emailed again as I don’t have a safe place for parcels to be left, they provided a tracking link which directed to Royal Mail. This was a red flag as big items such as mirrors never arrive with Royal Mail, it’s always couriers like DHL, DPD etc.
After a further 3 or 4 unanswered emails, I received a sticker of a planet through my letter box, the package weighed 7g.
I’ve now had to do a chargeback claim through my credit card.
DO NOT RISK IT, DO NOT FUND THESE AHOLES

Waited over a month for a “mirror” to get delivered.

Today a sticker of the moon arrived. No mirror. Lost my £60.

SCAMMERS !!!!!

Everyone who has been scammed, they have relaunched under a new name and will be doing the same thing again.

How do i know this?

1.Same stolen images from reputable seller Daals (i'm not connected, i've done my research and warned daals)

2. Underpriced for the size of the mirrors.

3. Company setup very recently similar to Blecom

4. A lot of the same language used throughout the site.

Do not order from both these sites.

Scam. Received a roll of tape instead of a mirror.

Ordered a leaner mirror at end of September, it finally arrived on 28th October except it didn’t - a sticker of a moon did. I paid for this on Klarna so will be taking this up with them - the only good thing I the image of the delivery from the Royal Mail clearly shows the parcel is tiny and does not contain a 180cm mirror

I ordered my mirror #1059 26th September and nothing has arrived. It’s currently in belguim again. Being sent from china?! I have emailed and live chatted but had no response. If I do not hear from you within 48 hours I will claim via my bank and also take to Social media. Sort it out please.

They emailed me twice to tell me it had been sent it’s been 3 weeks but today shown as delivered to safe place when in fact it had been posted through my door and was a moon sticker! I used klarna so I have reported this and just hoping I can get the money back!!

Scam - waited for weeks and received a sticker in the post

It’s been more than the promised 14 working days this losers said they will ship my purchase and nothing yet. Every attempt to inquire from the customer service is futile. I have just reported to Klarna to so they can see how to cancel the purchase and refund my money.

Like many others, I bought my product a month ago and never received it. 100% a scam website, after contacting them I was blocked via the live chat from contacting them again. Go through your bank to make a claim back.

I ordered a £60 mirror from here and they sent me a moon sticker in the post instead. Makes it difficult to contest as something is shown as delivered. SO annoyed cause I don't know how I'm going to get my money back and judging by other reviews I don't think they'll be giving me a refund.
