DO NOT BUY IS A SCAM
So dissapointed spent £60 on a mirror and they sent a small moon sticker in place. They say it is delivered and won't refund, so am going to try and get a refund through the bank. Don't buy you won't get what you ordered.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE, IT IS A SCAM. I RECIEVED A TINY EMPTY ENVELOPE WITH THE POSTAGE LABELS ON SO IT LOOKED LIKE A PARCEL WAS SHIPPED AND DELIVERED. CURRENTLY TRYING TO GET MY MONEY BACK.

Similar experience chased ans chased provided an Italian tracking number then an English one shows delivered to my local sorting office I actually received a small sticker of a moon randomly with no paperwork I had no idea what it was or from but reading this seems it's instead of my mirror do not use

SCAM!! Fraud!!! Avoid, they have stolen my money and sent me a glow in the dark sticker instead of a full sized mirror

this company is a scam. You will not receive your order, nor will you be able to speak to anyone about getting a refund. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Luckily I got in contact with my bank and they refunded me.

Ordered a mirror from this 'company' weeks ago, was finally given a tracking number which has now disappeared.

Paid through Klarna so have reported and will be reporting the company, as if the cost of living isn't bad enough and there are companies out here scamming people, kys.

Edit: I got a sticker through the post today, have no escalated that matter. Will keep adding so everyone can do the same to get their money back.

After a month of waiting and being told lies by the customer services team I received a sticker today in place of my mirror. They have said they won’t refund my money and judging by the other reviews this is how they make there money

Scam. After 5 weeks of waiting and a fake tracking reference, a glow in the dark sticker turned up in the post! Certainly not a large mirror. Reported to fraud team at the bank!

They provided tracking details.. it has taken over 3weeks.. and it is a 2" moon sticker that has arrived.

Please read the reviews before purchasing unlike I did. Total scam and after 4 weeks waiting 2 rolls of sticky tape arrived instead of my mirror. This is what was tracked and what kept me thinking it was actually arriving. Total frustration and shock

I should have read the reviews before I ordered!! Ordered over 3 weeks ago and today I received a random parcel with a thin roll of fluorescent tape!!!!! Ridiculous
I’ve contacted my bank who have refunded me straight away.
I suggest contacting your bank for a refund as you will not receive your item! Joke

I ordered a mirror nearly 4 weeks ago and still no mirror😢 I’ve emailed and try to live chat but nothing soooo disappointed!!!!!!!!

I have been keeping an eye on reviews since placing my order well over a couple of weeks ago now. As I did receive a tracking number I was foolishly hopeful that I would be receiving my 180 x 80 mirror however, after todays tracking update by bpost which declared details about my parcel including weight it doesn’t take a genius to know 6 grams is awfully light for a mirror of that size. Just like the rest of their customers I’d highly recommend staying well clear of this company and if you’ve already made a purchase save yourself a headache and get your money back from your bank. To get spread awareness I’d also report their socials.

Very disappointed and a scam company

We ordered a mirror and haven’t heard anything for over 3 weeks. We were given a tracking number for Poste Italiane that does not show any details.

We are so disappointed. Because the arrival time did not meet our time window and confused as there were 2 emails to contact for support from which we have heard nothing back yet.

My girlfriend ordered a mirror from this website, costing her £60, only to receive a literal sticker of the moon weeks later. This company is a joke, and the service is just as absurd as the products. They need looking in to ASAP!!!!!

Ordered three weeks ago and still haven’t received anything, same as the other reviews, been told that my order is being shipped but my tracking number doesn’t work. I keep getting the same auto message when I try to talk to someone.

UPDATE: Managed to get a refund through bank. I recommend everyone do this if possible.
