This company is a scam. I ordered a mirror 4 weeks ago,I have not received it. No reply or update about the order. Why is this company allowed to continue operating? Please do not trust the reply below, I have emailed them several times but no reply. The good reviews are fake. On their webpage they state that trust pilot score is 5 but in reality it is 1, its a lie. they don't have customer service number and the email is a gmail account. Company also not registered.

I ordered a mirror on 27th of September, I waited for 2 weeks for my order to come not having any information at all, no tracking number or order number. I have messaged multiple times complaining and asking for more details on my order either to be ignored or have an automated message back. I asked for a refund and have still not received my money back, absolutely outrageous scam website.

So I ordered from this company around the end of September. I had suspicions from the start of this being a scam website and I was indeed right. Because I was wary of this I placed my order through Klarna. They were extremely slow at replying and the phone numbers don’t even ring and the company in that area stated does not even exist. For a while I was chasing them regarding my delivery and they kept stating saying you will get a tracking number today or tomorrow. I finally received one and tracked my parcel very closely. Bare in mind it has been just under a month I received my parcel yesterday and what was delivered was a sticker. This company will not be getting away with it. They have been reported by me to KLARNA, MET FRAUD
POLICE and TRADING STANDARDS.

Ordered on the 22nd of September and still I have not received my mirror, I have emailed but still no answer

Has to be a scam at this rate, their customer service is appalling. I’ve tried getting in contact numerous times. Hopefully I can request my money back from the bank.

Ordered the wavy pink mirror and received a bag of tiny round stickers SCAM DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!

I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. The website looks very professional and legit, however it has been over 2 weeks and had no further communication in regards to shipping or delivery. Really disappointing and not hopeful of getting my money back

Ordered a mirror over 2 weeks ago. The company advertise delivery within 2 weeks. I still have not received any tracking information.
There are no telephone contact details. They do not respond to emails or messages on social media. My comment and those of others on Instagram are quickly deleted.

Still haven’t received my tracking number or any update about where my order is. They aren’t replying to my emails. Feels like a scam.

30/10 update:

I still have not received my order and it’s been over 4 weeks. Although the store provided a tracking code where it said it had been delivered today, what I got was really dissapointing: a thin package and inside was just a sticker? I have tried to contact the store several times to find out what has happened to my order but they’re really hard to get in touch with

Been waiting for my order of an arched full length mirror for 3 weeks now and didn’t get any updates on the status of my order until a week ago when I emailed to ask about my order. Even then they only provided me with a tracking code that has no updates as the status is still awaiting package to courier. Quite disappointed as I was looking forward to put the mirror in my room

SCAM.. FAKE GOOD REVIEWS FROM FAKE PROFILES ON HERE ONLY DONE AFTER THEY RECEIVE BAD REVIEWS. FAKE TRACKING NUMBERS GIVEN. NO RESPONSE TO EMAILS. DONT REPLY ON THE SHOP APP JUST AUTOMATED TRACKING NUMBERS THAT DONT EXIST

Asked them when I would receive tracking information and they said “next week”, that’ll be three weeks with no tracking information, do not order from this company, so many bad reviews who are going through the same experiences.. complete scam

Ordered my mirror over 4 weeks ago. Haven’t had any real correspondence. Asked for an order number or confirmation and they didn’t send it. After hounding them with emails they said it had been delayed in dispatch, then had a tracking number and company sent through to me (it’s an Italian firm) that delivers parcels to Italy. I’m in the uk!!! The tracking site is all wrote in Italian so can’t even understand it if I wanted to. But when I’ve researched they don’t deliver in uk. What I don’t get is it says (mirrors worldwide) are based only an hour away from me. Emailed several times since but no response at all. Shocking company will be trying to get my money back now. Would never consider using them again.

Absolutely shocking. Ordered 3 weeks ago. Nothing. Heard from them on the 7th Oct. Usual nonsense about high orders etc. Utter lies. What a scam website. Probably run by the usual suspects....

It’s been over 3 weeks since I’ve made an order and still not received it. Each time someone replies and said my tracking will be sent “next week” lol.
Please DO not order from this website.
Report it to your bank and get your money back. The people who comment with positive things are only the scammers themselves. Do not order you will NEVER receive the item.

Update 22nd October: says mirror was delivered yesterday. However this is a lie. Never received anything PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE THIEVES

Update 23rd October: PLEASE DO NOT ORDER WITH THESE PEOPLE. they sent a pic of “confirmation it has been delivered” it is a small parcel through a yellow door. My door isn’t even yellow lmao and I’m really surprised how a huge mirror can miraculously fit through someone’s letter box. This has to be a joke or something??? I honestly wish I could upload the picture here, this can’t be real.

Update 25th October: someone messaged me and said their team is apparently looking into the order and then they blocked me after sending that message lol. Disgusting people. If you’ve made an order you are not receiving the mirror so please be aware and I find it funny that my review is being ignored by them I’ve also reported them for online fraud so hopefully very soon they won’t be allowed to do this to others.

Scam! Keep asking for tracking information and they cannot provide it. Every time I try and get in touch the company just reply with an automated response. Do not buy from this website! I have asked for a refund so many times and they will not give me one!

I placed an order with this company around two weeks ago. Don’t have no tracking details or any information regarding the company since I placed my order. Luckily I did a three month payment plan with Kalana. I have just notified Kalana after doing some research on the Internet and reading all of the comments below Kalana are investigating the company now for fraud. So good luck to them as Kalana have said they will come off their website for three months payment plans

SCAM - DO NOT ORDER!!!!

I never received an order or tracker - and when I chased on delivery they said they didn't have my information despite the payment having gone through. Will be reporting to Trading Standards

I have made a Oder worth £120 on the 13th still haven’t received a tracking number? Where is my order?

Do not order from here, item has never arrived. Ordered a mirror for £59.99 and it has not arrived. The only way I can track item is through the automated chat on website which just says order fulfilled. I have not received the item and I have used the live chat twice and emailed twice but had no reply.
