Returned an item tracked back in may, still no refund received. Contacted every way possible (including on here in July!) And asked to send info they will look into etc etc and still nothing. You've had your item back I'd like my money back please.

EDIT - 3 years on and still no sign of my money back. I gave up :(

I had an issue with a delivery being late, they reassured me the package would arrive on time which it did. A little frustrated with the courier but it was good customer service.

Received my return and never refunded my money, even though they acknowledged my return. Had to put a complaint in through klana . I would never buy from them again and would advise nobody does
AVOID !!!!!!!!!!!!

Missfiga is brilliant. Never had an issue when ordering and delivery is really fast. Fast delivery / fast communication.

Terrible company. Once i posted review, they contacted me and ask for more details. I did, and I was granted a refund. That was April and money never reach my account. They also ignore further emails. Stay away from them. Big Fraud.

Terrible customer service! I have written to them multiple times! They issued me a £90 credit even though I returned the items within the time frame! Now they've shut down and I can't even use the credit!

2nd review about this appalling company. Waiting on refund since April. Responded on here to 1st review requesting further information which was provided immediately. Surprise surprise I heard nothing back after that. They write a load of rubbish on here to make it look that they are dealing with your complaint and literally do nothing about it.
I have proof that you received my return. This company just steals your money. Do not order from them! How on earth are they still allowed to trade it’s an absolute joke! Same complaints from so many people. Has anyone actually ever been successful in gaining a refund from theses people? Legal route now! Shocking.

Great products and delivery but need to have an easier whole process of refunds. I emailed to check the status but did receive the refund 2 days later. Should be more easier with return labels.

I ordered a dress back in may, this was returned as item didnt suit. I have emailed on several occasions requesting a refund in which i still havent received. I do not recommend this company and will not be ordering from them again.

Would give 0 stars if possible. 7th review on trust pilot and Missfiga have responded through trustpilot requesting the exact information that has been sent to them on more occasions than I choose to remember. But that’s where it ends. Where do we go from here? How can it be so difficult to refund people of what is rightly theirs?
If Missfiga is determined not to reimburse people then at least send out the correct item that was ordered in the very first place 🤬😡

If I could leave no stars I would - I returned a dress with proof of return on 27.6.22. It is now 21.8.22, Have emailed the helpline twice -2 months later no refund -AVOID

We sent a dress back in January 2022 and have still not received our refund.
We have chased several times, been told the refund was being processed and that we'd receive a refund in 10 working days only to find we hadn't got the money.
I have chased again and been told they hadn't received the dress so I had to provide the tracking number / proof of delivery to them.
Told again the refund was being processed and didn't receive it, chased again and again, was told a third time that it was being processed and it didn't arrive.
Chased a fourth time and no response!.
It seems if you have to return an item you'll never receive a refund and get ignored.
If you've paid via credit card make a claim via them to try and get your money back, just make sure you do it within 120 days, we missed out trying to give Missfiga a chance to refund us.
Looks to me from recent reviews that they are only responding to positive reviews on here!
Dreadful company and will never use again.

I have sent a dress back in March 2022 and I am still waiting for my refund as others have stated you don't get any information back all you get asked is for tracking number everything they have asked for I have gave I am not happy and I want someone to get back in touch with me they are saying it is in holding at a place in Leicester and missfiga is stated that it not thier place
