Was given refund - empty mailbag sent
If I could give this zero, I would. They charged me £55 for an empty and unsealed mailbag delivered weeks after the order was placed. There wasn’t any evidence that an item had been packed or even tampered with, which is very suspicious. They had a chatbot customer service line to contact, so if I do not get a reply to the chat, I will need to raise a dispute. I see that other U.K. customers have been inconvenienced, so I am concerned that no one else should be ripped off.

The one star is for their customer service, which is really verry bad, no reply to contact either email or chat!
Their return service is also not up to standard, even though I followed their return instructions to the letter.
Their products on the other hand are really great, so this is to bad.

Zero customer service
I purchased their "organic cotton shorty panty" but then later realised that it's not 100% cotton, nor anywhere near it. It's only 92% cotton and 8% elastan. Even 95% cotton feels like plastic so I needed to cancel the order. It was only just after I had ordered it, so contacted them on their chat. They sent me an email saying they would reply in 24 hours. No reply. The next thing I see is a "packed" email. I sent more emails to them. No reply. Over 24 hours later, still no reply and their email stating it's on it's way, comes through. When I opened another chat it said that they do not allow changes to the order once it is made. And yet they also say in their terms " Return postage is paid by the customer.". This is highly unethical - to know that a customer doesn't want the item, to send it anyway and then expect the customer to pay for the return postage. The phone numbers on their website don't work. Another automated bullshit company.

Got the opposite of what I asked for
I asked specifically for a bra that was padded not to show any nippel through the bra. The recommendation from moss Mary was the confidence bra. It’s not padded AT ALL although it’s described as fully padded. I can not wear it without putting in extra padding. I’m very disappointed to get a direct recommendation that was absolutely the wrong one. I thought this brand had a high standard. It gets 2 stars for good fit and correct size recommendation, but that doesn’t matter when it’s not what I wanted at all.

The website should not be allowed
The website is so bad it should not be on there!
I tried to buy items on a 4 for 3 offer. I had bought these with the same offer once before.
First I should mention that although it is the UK website, some of it has text in Swedish!
Then I added 4 items but they were coming up as full price AND postage was being charged.
I did go on chat and got a reply telling me I could use a code to get a pair free as the offer did not work.
However the code did not deal with the postage charge.
I tried and tried again. Before deciding that I would pay the postage!
Then the quantity at checkout kept changing to 1 pair. I kept changing it back to 4 pairs. I completed my card details and clicked to pay.
Then it went back to the basket, and the quantity changed back to 1 pair, but showing my code applied and zero postage charge so that was actually zero total to pay! But I had already clicked to pay the full amount for 4 pairs! The amount for postage kept changing from £3.50 to £0.00 and back again!
There is nothing showing in my "orders" as having an order placed today!
Now I will have to ring my bank to find out if the payment went through and ask the bank to cancel if it has.
Companies should really not be allowed to post websites online which may have been the result of a two-year old child getting hold of its parents computer!

Order placed 17th May nothing received by 4th June
I have not received my order accepted on 17th May 2026. It has been sitting in ? customs since 23rd May and no movement on tracker. Put a chatbot complaint last night but no reply. Just done another one but if you try to leave a long message it cuts you off.
I have not used them before but they have over £90 of my money and no sign of the goods. The telephone number is in Sweden.
I am totally unimpressed.

Most uncomfortable bra i own
Only good thing about the bras were that they have many sizes and in different colours. I did buy 2 just to try them out. There the most uncomfortable Bras i own. The bras i own for years, not the correct size and almost falling apart are more comfortable than the miss mary brass. Thrown away money in my opinion

The product is very comfortable and high-quality, but it’s not possible to return the package and get a refund. I sent the wrong size back to the address listed on the website, but the company didn’t pick it up from the post office.

Although I double checked my measurements the bra is slightly to large around my body (under bust). It seems like I am an in between measurement because I have had this problem before with Miss Mary bras. I am disappointed because the quality and design is so good.
