It seems to me that it is taking to long to rectify the position me and others are in any discrepancies should have been sorted by now whoever is owed money back should have received it long ago it feels as the people handling this scenario are to slow

Up until now, no compensation had been paid because the FCA hadn’t finalised their redress scheme. As the scheme is now facing legal challenges, timelines for expected payouts have changed, and no specific timeframe has been set.

We aim to keep all our clients informed at all stages, but appreciate that there are very few updates to provide at this time.
