Never arrived

I still don't receive my order. Your Tim seevice still don't know what happend with my order, and still don't know where is my order now. I will never order from this site again.

Very good progressives...

I broke my glasses and needed a temporary provision until I can go to the Augenarzt. As it was a relatively old prescription I did not want to spend a large sum but I did want progressives. In fact I got an excellent outcome.

Wrong case sent

I ordered two pairs of sunglasses from the same brand, Silhouette. One came with original Silhouette case, the other one - with Misterspex branded case. I contacted Customer Service and requested to be sent an original Silhouette case with the soft bag inside. Hopefully they will send one.
Edited: I received the original case 3 days later. Thank you!
