I am still waiting for my refund that I should have had over a month ago now, it’s honestly just pathetic what their doing.

Absolutely disgusted been waiting for PS5 to arrive since March sent them countless Emails they told me that I would be getting a refund it would take up to 14 working days to arrive. 14 days came no refund. They then said they are having difficulties with their computers so the refund won’t be in by the 7.6.2021 I sent another email saying that I’m now taking legal action against them they sent me another Email claiming the refund would take place still but no date confirmed. I sent another Email asking what was going on although it’s obvious to me that they are Thieving scum at this point as their website has absolutely NO working phone number the Address is a FAKE dummy address located in the U.S when they claim they’re SPANISH their email is the ONLY legit contact information on their site Do NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS,
COWBOYS, DON’T MAKE THE SAME MiSTAKE I DiD if I could I wouldn’t rate this company with any stars they don’t deserve to be roaming the 🌎 still

Just reading some of the other reviews and everything is so true. They just don't sent what you ordered, even if u wait like 2 months extra and then when you cancel you get nothing.

Total scam, I did a order back in October for a Xbox asked for a refund in March when I had no Xbox turn up and I’m still waiting for a refund to this date

Update still no REFUND WARNING Don't get caught out Like I did! I paid for a PlayStation 5 in October the full balance was taken in seconds. I waited until March then cancelled no refund within 14 days and an emailed me back in Spanish telling to contact my bank why? they took the money surely they could refund it back ? sadly not the case. This is a total con do not fall for it. I cant believe the site hasn't been taken down yet. I don't expect that mistertechno will ever refund MY money back to me to be honest. Very POOR experience, which now feels like they are withholding funds for an order they are unable to fulfil to either keep accruing interest or stop them going under financially - From a broke 20 year old ... SHAME ON THEM
Amazing how they can respond on here but no response to emails or contact forms. Refund promised on 29/04 and nothing further.......

Let me make this 100% clear. Mistertecho has NEVER sent me any refund!!! Although they claim to have refunded me! They have never even responded to an email or what’s app from me!! Only time they ever respond is when you leave bad feedback! STAY AWAY EVERYONE! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED, THIS COMPANY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND YOU WONT GET A THING!

Ordered an Xbox One x on 10.04.21 because it was in stock.
Five day later it's out of stock and as I'ved ask, they promise to ship it on 15.05 but I have preferred a refunds

I bought an Xbox Series X in October 2020 and have still not received it.

They charged my card immediately, ever since the order has been marked as "processing" in the account area on the website, I have never received any order updates or shipping notifications.

I have contacted them many times. To begin with they told me that it was delayed due to COVID. Now they are telling me that all the products have been shipped. I have requested a refund several times but have been ignored.

Based on all the other reviews here it seems clear this is a scam, they charged lots of people for Xbox and PS5 and didn't send them out. All the 5 star reviews look suspicious. Do not trust or buy from them.

Worse than useless. Ordered an Xbox series X at end of November 2020, still no Xbox. Asked many times why have we not received...stuck in transit.... waited...nothing. eventually told nothing they can do we have to get a refund from my bank as for 4 months they have been unable to process refunds... Smells fishy...

I wonder if I'll receive a nice reply like the previous poster got 4 hours ago?

I have emailed today, you will see an email with my name in the address. Not had a reply yet...very strange. Almost as if the list helpful message I've had from them was all because this is in public...well the wait goes on. I am having my refund Mistertecno, please read my reply email and sort it out.

3 days after first review and still no contact made by Mistertecno after they asked me too. Please do not us these scammers. My inclination is that all of the 5 stars are false.

Another day and no reply. This company is not real and are out for your money, the other reviews are fake and have been flagged to Trustpilot. Please no one but from this scam site!

I would give Zero stars if I could.
Ordered an XBOX 1 with 2 games for my sons birthday, a month in advance, thinking that the items were in stock and would be there with time to spare.
After payment no further communication from MrTechno.
2 weeks later I asked what's happening.
1st reply was that everything has been dispatched and will be there soon.
I asked for tracking numbers.
2nd reply, not sent out yet but will be tomorrow.
3rd reply, not sent out as we haven't got any stock, this was 4 days before my sons birthday.
4th reply, a week after my sons birthday, we're sending your items now.
5th reply 2 days later, here's the tracking number with FedEx.
3 days later the items were still in Italy.
Finally, almost 3 weeks after my sons birthday, 2 months after I paid for the items, the FedEx driver left the badly packaged items on my sons doorstep at 0710, signed the delivery chit himself, and left.
Avoid this company at all costs.

This website is a scam, I pre ordered a ps5 since September and never got it until now, so I canceled my order on their website and asked for a refund but they claim that for some mystical error they can't send me my money back and that I should ask my bank instead!? I don't know how this scam website is still online doing their illegal business but an advise for you is to stay as far from it as you can. As for me I will have to do legal action to get my money back. Also I don't get any reply via e-mail when contacting them. So please refer me an e-mail adress that they will reply from? Not that I'll expect a reply...
