Absolute joke of a company, ordered a ps5 in October haven't received the product so asked for a refund, now being told to take up a dispute with the bank as they are having technical issues to do refunds, but yet they are quick enough to take the money, I will be taking this matter further

UPDATE. No further response following their comment below. Another email sent same response - raise a dispute with card company. Don't know how they are getting away with this absolutely shocking service.

Absolutely shocking service would never recommend this company. I am in the same potion as others ordered xbox for Christmas never received it been chasing for refund never received now same as others told they can't issue refund- raise dispute with bank - they are effectively thieves they've stolen our money.

Absolute SCAM company.Avoid!! Saved for over a year to get my son a ps5.Same as many others.Ordered ps5 In November.Sent countless emails to them when didn’t arrive,majority ignored or when did reply given same message about delays due to Covid and given diff date of arrival.Each time came and went without receiving ps5.They finally agreed a refund that I would receive within 14 working days,and no surprise...refund not been received but in their site they put I had been refunded! .Only gave 1 star as had to give it in order to write review.disgrace of a company.updated 1/4/21.They messaged this morning saying had technical issues and to open dispute with bank for refund as they won’t give it and then replied on here acting like they want to resolve issue but won’t email you back after that to sort it.Their response is all for show.They have my order and account information.Please DO NOT order from this company!!

If i could give no stars i would. Im in the same position as others who preordered ps5 for christmas. Many emails to them. Eventually i got one saying it had been dispatched but as i had waited so long i could get a refund which never arrived. I am now going to have to go through my bank to try to get this back. Poor customer servics.

Absolute scam artists. Ordered a PS5 which they accepted my order and took my money. Day of delivery came and went. i must have at least a dozen emails interacting with them asking about delivery. All of which blamed covid and border close downs, which was a complete lie. Borders were not closed during my time emailing them. More likely they take your order and money then try to source what you want. Which is kind is sneaky when you know that PS5's are still had to trace almost 6 months after release. The nail in the coffin was when i asked for a refund and cancellation of the order. Another half dozen emails saying it would be better if i didn't cancel as "orders were imminent" and then finally saying that if i cancelled my money wouldn't be returned initially. THEN they said that they couldn't refund my money at all and i would have to go through a claim with my credit card provider! Basically i had to commence legal proceeding to get anywhere with this company. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. i have never been caught out like this before and i thought i was pretty clued up with internet scams so i feel sorry for anyone who has to deal with these clowns.

Ordered X box for Christmas delivery was due December 17 ,still not received this and no costumer service at all
they just email back saying it will be dispatched on the first of next month nearly 4 months on, still no x box!!!!

Came a few days late but pretty happy with the service👍👍

35 working days later and I am still waiting for a refund. It's my sons 21st birthday Monday and need the money to get it elsewhere!

Was told on the 3rd of March the refund has been sent. Asked for the reference to supply to my bank to be able to pull the transaction through. I was then provided with an email saying mister tecno are unable to make refunds right now. So they lied

Still waiting for a refund on the cancelled Xbox i ordered in November. Despite recieving an email from Mister Tecno.com stating my refund would be returned within 14 days as per their policy I have not recived a penny. I sent a further email to them enquiring once again about my refund and as yet I have recieved NO REPLY. I am considering a decision to take this matter further as I belive this is blatant fraud.
UPDATE. MisterTecno have queried this review for verification. I have now made an official report with ACTION FRAUD UK

Do not buy from here supposed to get day one xbox but didn't took going through my card issuer to make a request direct from their bank to get a refund as xbox and refunds never came

FRAUDULENT COMPANY

I reviewed this company in February as fraudulent as I hadn’t Received the PS5 I paid for in October and no replies from emails...... They replied to that review with an apology and promise of a refund, but 27 days later, still no refund and no reply to emails questioning this.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

I’m now seeking legal advice and dispute with my credit card company all because of these fraudsters. Don’t order anything from them, I wish I hadn’t!!!

My review was deleted as mister tecno did not like what I wrote so they flagged me, I also had a message asking me to change my review as they refunded me. They did not refund me, I got charge back on payment. Ordered Xbox in October got money back 22nd December, thanks to my bank.

Utter con men ordered Xbox series x various excuses why not shipoed including ps5’s taking a priority. Eventually they said they would refund never received that either. Raised dispute with credit card company who refunded me. Company is not to be Trieste you have been warned

Ordered a PS5 back in November. At the end of Jan, after several pushbacks of the expected date, I asked for a refund.
They told me "up to 14 business days" for the refund to be processed. When, three weeks later, I asked again threatening to raise a transaction dispute with my bank, they told me that yes, a dispute would be the quickest way to get my money. While I appreciate their honesty in rating their own refund processing abilities, this sort of confirms they haven't even started it.
I've now raised a dispute and awaiting a resolution that way.
Giving them two stars because communication with them has been alright but in the end neither product nor refund have been delivered.

I'll update this review when I get my refund (or don't get it).

According to my bank, May 18th is when the dispute should be resolved. Will update again then.

You asked for collaboration via email - apparently which i have constantly done...you use excuses constantly to explain why your service has been so bad but have done nothing what so ever to help your customers .. stop blagging excuses and be professional in your job . Deal with customers ...you seem to mock those who are merely are asking for money back due to the fact you simply havent been able to fulfil your demand . Tell me why you feel the need to laugh at your customers and keep the money they have paid .. while also complaining to trustpilot that reviews are false when its not your customers that have lied - its your company that have stolen this money .

Pre-ordered an Xbox series X. It never arrived and i struggled to get any reply when contacting them to see what happened to it.
Had to get my money back through a Visa dispute in the end as they wouldn’t refund me.

This is my second review and just wanted to share details. Long story short, ordered an XBOX for Christmas (along with many others by the looks of it), never arrived, commuinications ignored. Thankfully I paid by credit card so I now have the money back but no thanks at all to these fools.
