Brilliant service - Highly Recommend
Brilliant service. Kept me informed, efficient and friendly def takes stress out of that last part of trip home. Plane was late and at 1.30am to be able to count on these guys is a life saver. I’m going to use it both ways in future. Highly Recommend.

DON'T USE THESE COWBOYS
We booked Mistertransfer for both legs of our journey from the airport to accomodation and the return journey two weeks later. We never got the first transfer and had to pay for a separate taxi (about £70) because the driver only waited for the specified hour and then left without trying to contact us while we were stuck in the ever lengthening passport control queues for non EEC citizens at Teneriffe airport. In fact we made it to the meeting point in 1 hour and 10 minutes after the touch down time but he had gone without a thought for us. It's just legalised profiteering as they know that many travellers won't make it to the meeting point in the specified waiting time due to the new passport checks and they refuse to alter their waiting time policy to cater for this common occurance ! For the second leg, the vehicle provided was far too small for 5 people with luggage and was much smaller than the vehicle they had told me would be provided. They sent an estate car instead of a minivan and crammed us in for a very uncomfortable journey to the airport. After many calls and emails complaining, I was given a derisory 10% refund on that leg - a huge £10.50 - but nothing for the first leg when the driver left without us ! A very disappointing performance and we ceratinly won't be using Mistertransfer ever again.

Great price and service
Great price and service, excellent communication, lovely clean mini bus ,child seat and baby seat supplied at no extra cost. Our pick up was Palma airport to Alcudia and back. When we arrived at Palma airport it took us a while to get through security, I messaged the driver to let him know and he replied straight away that it was no problem. We would definitely use again and would highly recommend.

Amazing service
I have used Mister Transfer twice now in Palma and wouldn’t use anything else. The communication and service is absolutely brilliant. Cannot fault anything about it. Especially like the fact that you don’t need to decide what time to get picked up, they work it out based on your flight and follow your flight and make any necessary time adjustments.

Transfers
Booked private transfer from and back to Aracife via Hays Travel in the UK and it was much cheaper than Jet2 were asking. The pick-up form the airport went well although we had to walk further than if we'd used the Jet2 bus and while expecting a taxi it was a slightly tired minibus and the whole thing felt a bit rushed. We got there.
The return journey was different again. Prompt, courteous and although again a minibus it was much better and more comfortable and we enjoyed a pleasant drive.
They send you a link which appears to automatically give them a 5* review so read peoples comments for a more accurate view.
Overall quite good.

DO NOT USE
DO NOT USE , transfer from AMS airport,pick up time was 1115am , they waited till 114 amd left the passengers , no communication to say they leaving the passengers stranded. Flight arrived 1020 hence pick was booked for 1115. Driver left at 1140. Voucher states waiting time 60 mins. Mister Transfer is a scam. How do arrive at arrival ti.e of the flight when it takes atleast an hr to come out of the airport. Service is terrible at call centre amd the driver.

Very reliable company
This is the second time (and in a different country) that we have used Mistertransfer. Very reliable. Taxi driver was there waiting for us when we eventually arrived outside the airport - even though we were about an hour late in getting through due to the biometric carry on. I was again very impressed with their communications reminding us of taxi times and that our driver would be there and close to time messages when the taxi was on its way - removing any worry about your taxi turning up. One small criticism is that I asked for the time of our return taxi to the airport to be brought forward by half an hour because I was concerned about delays with the biometric process. Apparently they need 24 hours notice (I gave them about 23 hours notice) Couldn't accommodate this small time slot change - surely a company this size could manage it. Anyway, the taxi arrived at the original time and we made our plane comfortably. So all in all well done and thank you once again.

Perfect! Booked a return transfer through booking.com. Drivers arrived when they said they would, vehicles clean and fresh and drivers helpful and friendly. Communication was excellent with contact via WhatsApp so if any problems did arise they are contactable. Great service overall
