We used Mister Transfer for a return transfer PMI to Palma Nova
We used Mister Transfer for a return transfer PMI to Palma Nova. They were fantastic. Great communication ahead of the date, on time and taken to hotel efficiently and the return trip was on time too. At all times we were kept up to date on how to contact them and who would be collecting us.
Both drivers were friendly and helpful with our bags etc
I will use them again, much better than waiting for the tour operator coach and multiple drop offs!

Great service & comfortable rice
Our flight was delayed at Manchester but we were still met as we came through security at Seville.
The driver was very friendly and the ride was very comfortable.

Richard waited for us for over an hour at the airport (JFK in NYC) because our bags were delayed. Great driving and great patience with long traffic jams due to the weather. Amazing price and great service.

I told them my flight was at 4.05pm and…
I told them my flight was at 4.05pm and they arrived at the hotel at 9.30am. The hotel is less than an hour drive from the airport so they were way too early. I asked them to come back later at 1pm and they refused. I paid upfront and have not been offered a refund. i had to book an additional taxi at 1pm so I ended up paying twice.

Nice car driver friendly and welcoming. Would have been nice to have had a message on the morning for our return to say driver was on his way but apart from that cannot fault the booking system or service. I have booked twice now with Mr Transfer and would definitely use again and recommend to others

Our ride from the airport to the hotel…
Our ride from the airport to the hotel went well. But the ride home, from the hotel to the airport was really bad. First of all we had paid for three childcarseat and only got two. The driver drived the car very bad. He drived very very fast, used his phone on the ride, had very high music on in the car (we had tree child with us that couldn’t sleep).

Appalling - WARNING to UK travellers
Absolutely appalling service.
We had a pre-booked airport transfer and kept the company updated throughout our arrival via WhatsApp, including explaining that we were stuck in an extremely long border control queue. We were repeatedly reassured with messages like “no problem” and “see you soon”, so we believed the driver was waiting for us.
After finally getting through, we discovered the driver had simply left without informing us.
I am 29 weeks pregnant and travelling with a toddler, so being abandoned at the airport was stressful enough. What made it even worse was the company’s response when we called them — they refused to send another driver and basically told us to sort ourselves out and find our own transport.
Completely unprofessional, uncaring and unreliable. If you are relying on an airport transfer, especially when travelling with children or during vulnerable circumstances, I would strongly advise avoiding this company.
Update: 26/05/26 The company has publicly stated that they would like to review my case and offer an appropriate solution. However, I had already contacted their support team directly before posting this review, provided my booking details, and received a response refusing a refund despite the transfer not being available after we waited over an hour at border control. As a result, I had to arrange and pay €90 for alternative transport. If MisterTransfer genuinely wishes to resolve the matter, I would welcome a reconsideration of their position, but their public response does not reflect the outcome of my previous complaint.
