We sincerely apologize for the delay in delivering your vehicle. Unfortunately, the delay occurred due to unexpected heavy traffic conditions, which were beyond our control. We always strive to ensure timely delivery and regret that this affected your plans.
We truly value your feedback and will take it into account to improve our service further. We hope to have the opportunity to serve you again and provide you with a smoother experience next time.
