Received a faulty iPhone XR which didn't allow me to make or receive calls or access roaming data.

Got in touch via the website contact form, which promises a response within 24 hours, nothing. Spent 4-5 hours on the phone trying to get through to them, sent various emails. Finally, I got through to someone 5 days after my initial message who was able to confirm that I would not have to pay to ship the faulty phone back (which is was the website alludes) also said he would include free accessories as compensation. Didn't happen until I had to remind them of the promise, and they sent me a 'car phone charger' even though I don't have a car. Don't waste your time and money with Mobico.nl!

This was not the first time I ordered n iPhone from Mobico. Putting fast order processing, and next-day delivery aside, I was surprised with the quality of the phone I received.
The screen and body had NO SCRATCH, and I received a charger, a plastic bumper, and a screen protector for free.
I would suggest buying refurbished iPhones from Mobico and save the environment and your pocket at one shot ;)

Iphone 11 Pro arrived a day later than mentioned on the site, but the phone itself really is as ‘new’ and hundreds of euros cheaper! Fully recommend :)

I have been thinking about buying an iPhone for several days. I wanted it to be refurbished because the new one is too expensive for me. I decided to buy an iPhone 11 pro in space gray from mobico.nl. This is my first smartphone from Apple, so I can say that I have been testing and playing with my "new" 11 pro for two days with success.
The advantage of mobico is that they have a large selection of Iphone (and I did not know what version I want yet), a wide range of colors, competitive prices and currently promotions on the case and protective glass for free. additionally (very important to me) express delivery - the courier delivered the package on the second day! I am pleasantly surprised by the quality of the iPhone. In the package there was a new charger, a smartphone with a protective glass on the screen, a case and a pin. The phone looks great, the description on the mobico website agrees with reality. I will certainly be recommending mobico to my friends and I will be happy to inform them that my perfect iphone 11 pro is being refurbished as I am so overwhelmed with my purchase. I heartily recommend and thank you!

Ordered it Friday afternoon and received it Saturday morning. It had some scratches on the screen which was expected since I chose 3 out of 5 stars quality. It even came with a charger, a free glass screen protector and a case. Super happy customer!

Perfect condition Iphone 11pro. I ordered a "mint condition" aka "nieuwstaat" phone and got just that! The screen was not fitted properly but the phone itself looks great.
